Just because the Prosecution is trying show that GZ knew about Stand Your Ground does not mean the actual law is part of this case as people here keep trying to claim.

I don't think so. This was a settlement, not a trial. The insurance company decided it was cheaper to settle than to take a chance on a jury judgment, and I'm sure the settlement was not contingent on the outcome of the trial. Unless they can prove that the Martins or their lawyers lied or misrepresented material facts in filing their claim, then I think the insurance company is stuck no matter what.

I thought CTH had already discussed this and determined it was a false lead, but I couldn’t find any evidence of the discussion So I did some general ‘net searching and found that a Tabatha Green in Orlando had a baby on Jan 7 1994, and the baby’s name is Kadiyah. I suppose it’s possible that a nickname for Kadiyah is “DeeDee”, but obviously this is just guessing. I find Kadiyah’s age interesting though, with that birthdate she would have been 18 the day Trademark was killed. It might be why she was ruled out earlier, when we thought DeeDee was 16.
