I had to go to the dentist... so I thought I'd fill you all in on how dentists in China work... I get a root canal and talk with a half numb face ;)
(Excerpt) Read more at youtube.com ...
The best thing to brush with is 3% hydrogen peroxide.
My wife is Chinese. She had a root canal just before moving to the US. When she got here the tooth had gotten infected again. While being treated in the US they discovered that no root canal had been performed in China and the infection had now spread to her jawbone. The Chinese dentist had only put a cap on her tooth and gave her antibiotics.
Note that every unit in that building had an air conditioner. They are no as backwards as some (even here) want us to believe.
Owwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwch!!!

I guess the majority of Chinese living outside depressive agricultural areas are better off than most Americans if you are to adjust their incomes to the prices there. Air conditioner cost in China is much lower. Shoes, HDTV, mobile phone etc too. They make these things to ship and sell elsewhere, aren’t they?
I’m not sure the cost of air conditioners is much less over there - based on my travels, Western goods are generally not cheaper than the US, even in poor countries. One other thing to note is that those are split-system air conditioners, much nicer (and quieter) than the box units that still prevail in the states (and much more expensive).
Western goods are more expensive in China for sure, Chinese-made are much-much cheaper. Who could want a US-made split-system in China if they have plenty of domestic ones?
