Sheriff Arpaio's lead investigator Mike Zullo just concluded a new interview this afternoon at 3:30pm central time and revealed that he will get Congressional movement on Obama's fraudulent documents after their summer break. He also revealed that they have in possession two Hawaiian birth certificates from 1961 that reveal that the term 'Negro' was used for black babies instead of the term 'African'.

Let’s say there were X number of births with the surname beginning with ‘O’ during the years 1960 -1964. That number would be part of the statistical information supplied to what-ever US Department ultimately ends up with data on total births from any region...in other words, those numbers are recorded and set in stone.
No one can then add or subtract a birth. If it’s 599 for example, no one can print out an index for public consumption that shows 598 or 600 births for that same period.
Because that would be a red flag - suggesting manipulations.

The numbers from One to 599 would be names of children who were live births and who were issued birth certificates.

I’m sure someone can come along and express this much better than I am capable of, but the fact remains, you can’t have a DUPLICATE baby.

That entry is either for a child named OBADO DUPLICATE MAE or it isn’t. And as there’s no MAE OBADO on that birth index, IT CAN’T BE A DUPLICATE.

But if you were able to add up the numbers on that list, and compare that total with the total births submitted to the authority who takes an interest in STATISTICS, I would expect to see that there were 599 live births reported for that period.

And the number 599 is hypothetical, so don’t give me a hard time over it.

That DUPLICATE ENTRY is HIDING a name imo. It’s hiding a name that was originally one of the 599 hypothetical names on that list.

OBADO DUPLICATE MAE looks like an over-ride. The name ODADO is there just to make the total numbers tally up.

LF, I didn’t know you experienced that loss also. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger - we both know first-hand.

Our daughter died in utero at 42 weeks so there wasn’t a certificate of live birth but a certificate of fetal death. We received a copy of that a couple weeks after she died - after the funeral - because our insurance rep used it to get a burial benefit.

I’m no genealogist, but when a thing is right, it looks right, the marriage index for 1960-1965 shows Douglas Liberato Obado married Priscilla Joan Domondon, and when I see the name Douglas Liberato Obado on the birth index, I couldn’t be far wrong in assuming they had a child and named it after the father...

...the way they printed out that birth as a duplicate for OBADO MAE just isn’t kosher. And until someone can introduce me to Mae Obado and/or show me who her parents were, I’m going to remain suspicious.

“No one names their child DUPLICATE MAE.”

Don’t recall anyone here saying that they did.

“Find MAE OBADO. Maybe her middle name was DUPLICATE. “

I pretty much don’t give a damn about Mae “Duplicate” - I care about the use of “duplicate” and what it signifies. I spent considerable time and some $$ trying to get a simple OFFICIAL answer to that one little harmless question. The HI DOH was not forthcoming.

If you choose to believe that there was a girl named Duplicate that is your own concern. I do not judge.

Specifically, only ONE Index (of General Birth book) did not have the official date range printed on the pages. That was the Birth Index book which contained obama’s entry. But! Butter DID receive one page from a 1960-1964 Birth Index which DID have the official date range printed in the proper places.

The (same) book you are given to view at the HI DOH counter does NOT have the date range.

All other Index books did - EXCEPT the State of Hawaii Certificate of Hawaiian Birth. I forget the deal with that registry, but I believe the people listed in there have to “renew” their inclusion. It’s been a couple of years since I looked into that stuff. Butter may know more on that particular subject.

I maintain there’s a very strong possibility that there never was any duplicate entry, there never was a child born whose name was Obado Mae so therefor the name was not a duplicate. There’s a reason for that entry, which appears above the name of zero.
I know the HDOH isn’t going to tell you anything.

Particularly as it would seem the Obado Duplicate Mae entry is nothing but a clever subterfuge to cover up an entry THAT WAS THERE...and to know what that entry was, you would need to know the date and certificate number...

Yet all the cheating and lying by the HDOH doesn’t prevent anyone from THINKING. Does it?

Mary the baby-sitter said she baby-sat for Anna Obama in January 1961. She corrected herself at a futher interview by saying the child was seven months of age...I’m not the only one who has worked out that TWICE she was talking about a child BORN IN JANUARY 1961.

You can’t have Mary baby-sitting for Anna with a child born in January while at the same time Susan Blake is changing the diaper on a three week old. They were two different women.

WITH TWO DIFFERENT CHILDREN.

The entry for the birth of the child of the kenyan and Anna on that index was most likely for the child born in January.

Virginia’s certificate number went down the rabbit hole.

But it seems to have popped up on zero’s COLB just when he needed it.

There are very likely TWO listings for the same name on the record. And when they printed out the Index, they had to get rid of one.

But of course, as the idea makes everyone so uncomfortable, I’ll never bring it up again. I’m not attacking anyones research or efforts, I’m just trying to add something.

It sure hasn’t been any fun trying.

You’ve got a lot of arrows but for some reason they don’t seem to be aimed at the target. I never suggested there was a child named Duplicate. That idiotic statement was made on fogbow, I came across it when I Googled Obado Mae. The link is with the comment.

We have as much chance of finding a child with the birth name of MAE as was have of finding DUPLICATE. It was an attempt at humour.

And as a btw, there’s not much chance of zero having used little Virginia’s certificate number, if as you say, she didn’t have one.
So you’ve effectively shut that door.

Good idea about looking for Duplicates in the male names. What would happen if someone went into the database and over-wrote Obado's initial entry with Obama's? "Obado Mae" gets "Obama Barack Hussein" typed over it. Would that cause the "Obado Duplicate Mae" to show up below the entry for Obama? (Maybe it was a goof and they grabbed a girl's entry instead of a boy's LOL)

“below the entry” should be “above the entry”

Yep, could be.

Same as if there aren’t 52 cards in a deck, you can’t play the game. Gotta be the right number.

“there’s not much chance of zero having used little Virginia’s certificate number”

There would not seem to be much chance of that no matter what.

She was born on August 4th, before the Nordykes. Her BC was filed on August 10th before the Nordykes (August 11th).

The whole argument about Obama’s BC # was started with ‘Obama’s COLB says he was born before the Nordykes and his number is higher than the Nordykes, that’s not possible.’

The same argument holds true for Virginia.

Your comments indicate that you believe she didn't need a certificate of live birth to be issued with a death certificate. Your comments indicate that you believe it's fine that the child was issued with a certificate number two weeks later...

I'm not having a melt down. There's no need to make this personal. Stick to the little we do know (much of it as the result of your efforts) we know for example that SOMETHING must have accompanied her to the hospital...because of the mistake that was made naming her Tomiyo, which mistake had to be amended.

Was a birth certificate drawn up for her with TOMIYO on it? Was the death cerificate issued in the name of TOMIYO because that's the name the hospital had recorded her under, from which a BC was drawn up?

I don't know. The HDOH won't tell you. Now don't tell me that's impossible unless YOU KNOW.

Right. You can’t create an official record that’s been sent off to ‘head office’ and then add or subtract a number. But what you can do is...make an entry that doesn’t affect the total but gets rid of the content of that entry. It’s like playing with a full deck, but one of the cards is a fake.

You probably mean well, but Virginia was born in the Wahiawa Hospital where there were only four births on that day according to one analysis, the certificates were sent to the HDOH and numbered in batches. Therefor the numbers are not in chronological order.

Do you think someone sat there at the HDOH and sorted the certificates from the various (four, iir) sources into order of birth by TIME on the documents...before they dealt with them and gave them a certificate number?

NON-SEQUENTIAL. LINK

The listing of birth registrations below illustrates how regional ordering of registration numbers affects the chronological order. Notice that the first three birth registrations occuring in Regions 1,2 & 3 are assigned lower numbers than the first birth registration in Region 4 for a birth which occurred one day earlier. This is because the birth registration for Region 4 was the first one received by the main office which is 189 miles from the local registration office in Region 4. The main office of this State's Health Department is in Region 1. The registration numbers are assigned in their order of reception by the main office, not the chronological occurrence of the birth.

FOR EXAMPLE:

The answer to this question may have been answered in the 1961 Vital Statistics of United States Report in which it clarifies the manner in which birth records are assigned registration numbers. The guidelines in the report declare that registration numbers are assigned and stamped in the upper right margin of the certificates by the main office of each state’s Health department office in geographic order of their reception in the main office from the multiple local offices around each state. The certificates are not assigned numbers according to chronological birth order or alphabetic order.
