Sheriff Arpaio's lead investigator Mike Zullo just concluded a new interview this afternoon at 3:30pm central time and revealed that he will get Congressional movement on Obama's fraudulent documents after their summer break. He also revealed that they have in possession two Hawaiian birth certificates from 1961 that reveal that the term 'Negro' was used for black babies instead of the term 'African'.

2010?? Are you arguing somebody filled out Obama’s alleged certificate in 2010?? And you’re dodging a huge problem with your theory. Barack Sr. didn’t self-identify as African for his racial classification. We have other documents that show this. The only reason to change from what he was using on those documents would be if someone gave him advice, and that advice would have been to identify as negro, not as African.

Hawaii wasn't like some other states in that regard. "Chinese," "Japanese," "Korean," "Filipino," and "Puerto Rican" appeared on Hawaiian birth certificates as races. "African" wouldn't have been out of place on that list, especially if the White Dunhams wanted to avoid the stigma a "Negro" father for their grandchild would have been in those days.

The Dunhams weren't worried about a so-called stigma. Stanley Armour Dunham was close friends with Frank Marshall Davis.

I don't think so. I do believe I also read that the codes in that manual were what applied for births that took place IN 1961.

Aside from that, if Arpaio's posse has a different manual, then why have they never produced it?

He wasn’t born in Kenya, end of story. But if you’re so convinced he was, I suggest you prove it. A birth registered in the name of Obama in 1961 in Kenya doesn’t mean zilch and you know it. Kezia had two sons that weren’t fathered by the same father as Malik and Auma.
Malik and Auma both lived with Ruth and the kenyan student in Nairobi, where they went to school.
Kezia wasn’t allowed to even visit her two children.
That the kenyan had more children with her while married to Ruth is a contrivance designed to distract you.
