Matier & Ross: Airport’s garage now Muslim house of worship

Here’s a sign of the changing times — Muslim cabbies now have their very own place at San Francisco International Airport to wash their hands and feet before they pray.

Under Islamic law, Muslims are required to pray five times a day — a ritual that also calls for a ceremonial cleansing.

For many cab drivers, that’s meant either lugging bottled water around or using one of the bathrooms inside the terminal to wash — a practice not always welcomed by airport passengers.

So Royal Cab driver Hasan Khan, 52, a Pakistani immigrant, collected some 300 signatures from fellow cabbies, urging the airport to give them their own cleansing station.

And the ACLU was cool with this?

Let me see if I understand this correctly.

No Christian is allowed to publicly pray at any type of public school event, because some how ALLOWING a Christian openly and publicly pray for 30 seconds, is establishing a religion. Meanwhile, taking tax dollars from Christians (and buddhists, and atheists and what have you) to build a prayer room in a public building, specifically for muslims is not.

Okay....

Sure I read the same thing about an airport back east a couple years ago. We are killing ourselves.

“banded” should be “banned”

In a town not far from me, I’m seeing more and more of this...

A couple of weeks ago, a man and a woman entering a medical clinic. The woman was dressed in a burqa (face uncovered), eyes downcast, a few steps BEHIND the man (her husband)? He entered the clinic first and she followed a few steps later.

A few days after that: a young woman wearing head-to-toe black, with a face veil, eyes only visible, on a cell phone talking with someone, waiting at curbside for something.

Show this to independent cabbies who are not muzzies. They need to expose the crap they have to put up with from them to try and get a fare. And that’s going on in every major city where they’ve taken over the cab business.

And so it begins....

How long until this de facto mosque becomes an armory and training academy for Islamic jihadists? Because that is where this is headed, as yet another beachhead is established in the growth of the Worldwide Caliphate.

Islam is a particularly regressive religion, with much more of the trappings of a cult, than a true religion. There are the Noble Islamic Gentlemen, the elites of this view of the world, there are the subservient many (including the entire female gender) who are in involuntary bondage to the will of these Noble Islamic Gentlemen, and the vast multitudes of “kufir” (infidels). The latter are to be put to death when they shall neither pledge to become another Noble Islamic Gentleman nor to submit to the bondage placed upon them.

When Muslims are everywhere, even in relatively small numbers, they systematically go about stamping out or greatly restricting every other religion in their immediate vicinity. Consider the fate of the Zoroastrians of Persia, which were either converted to Islam under threat of death, or fled to India, where only a few thousand still reside today.

They are overtly asking for segregation for themselves in all public places.

It seems like we've gone from White Only bathrooms and drinking fountains to Muslim Only.

And everyone is okay with that?

What happens if a mussie picks up a long fare from the airport?
I used to be a cab driver. I sometimes picked up fares from the airport that would take several hours (rare but welcome). When prayer time came do they pull over, wash their feet, lay out their rugs and pray?

Customers should be able to request non Muslim drivers for safety reasons.

Need more urinals..... Down on the floor, should be easy aim too.

Saw one in the restroom at Niagara falls. But I didn’t have to pee at the time.

The airport does at least have a “reflection room”. (What used to be called a chapel but has nothing to do with God, atheists can reflect there and tree huggers and pagans, too.) and a Christian Science Reading Room. I was dismayed once when I visited a Catholic Hospital chapel that had no cross. A portable cross was brought out at Mass and hidden otherwise. Without the cross it may as well have been a library or a courtroom.

Call the ACLU and have them file a lawsuit.

It works for the Left.
