But I will just say to you that, uh, this is my personal opinion on this, I mean if that birth certificate was fraudulent or something fraudulent had been done about that someone would have turned out that evidence by now. So if Sheriff Arpaio or somebody else has evidence of fraud, I mean they can present that publicly, otherwise I think we have all these other issues we have outlined today that are really important for our country and that's one of the points I really want to raise.
I know there's lots of people who are depressed about the fact that the president was reelected a few months ago but he's not going to be president forever. He's got three and a half years, three years left. We need to start thinking about what comes up after that.

Up until this past week Arpaio hasn't claimed to have evidence of forgery affirmed by a certified document examiner (CDE) that could stand up in federal court or in congress, but now with CDE Reed Hayes' report being shown to congressmen, Rubio seems to have backed himself into a commitment to pay attention if/when Arpio goes public with Reed Hayes' and other significant evidence that has not yet been revealed.

It’s obvious that he’s a fraud, and it’s further obvious that no one had the balls to do anything about it because he’s a black democrat, so whatever the consequences of this cowardice are, let them come.
This is a friggin’ Sheriff in Texas. It is not his job to check birth certificates of Presidents. He is doing Congress’ job because no one else will do it.

Someone needs to cogently explain this obsession with Obama’s birth certificate. Usually, a State birth certificate is all you need to prove you were born somewhere. Anybody got any evidence that he was born anywhere else? Or are you just going to insist that you’re right, no matter what?
