Full title - "SHOCK: Obama was 'incapacitated' due to 'staggering, inapt activities' between the hours of 1800 and 2300 on the night of Benghazi... "

Or taking a nap...
IF this is true, and I have never heard of the source, it would help to explain why he generally has his Presidential Daily Brief (or whatever the term is) at 10-11AM. It is usually the first thing on his official schedule, and his schedule tends to be light and over early as well as starting late, except when he has political events.
Sorry, when I hear the name “Obama,” INEPT is the first word that comes to mind.
Are you sure it wasn't due to 'staggering, inapt inept activities'?
Ineptocracy (in-ep-tocra-cy)
A system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.
I'll take this as either humor or you didn't read through the thread. "Inapt" has been explained multiple times.
Other words come to my mind, but I don’t say them out loud. ;)
What the hey is an “inapt” activity?
So, what does this imply? He was drunk or stoned off his ass while this was going on?
NOt holding my breath until I get more than something like this.
We all know he’s INEPT.
It looks like the site is BP’s attempt to get even with Obama.
