The DEFCAD site shows the following:
DEFCAD files are being removed from public access at the request of the US Department of Defense Trade Controls.
Until further notice, the United States government claims control of the information.
We do not know if this is real or not. There was a similar spoof done on April 1st.
We will learn more in the next few hours. This may be real.

I was able to download the files, although I did receive site errors about half the time. just keep trying and you can get them.

I got that message on the Liberator Pistol but the rest seemed to work. Although its a little hard to tell since there are soo many download buttons that just download junk.
I found another link to a cnc site which has designs you can download.

Falls under them because someone from outside the country can download. I’m not sure plans for a hand gun should be considered “Significant Military Equipment”, however.
