Seems like the AL Dem Party assembled their image from the WH PDF but printed it without using the clipping mask.
I wonder if that’s why the White House changed it back to unflattened - so the AL Dem Party could take off the clipping mask and pretend to have the same document that Savannah Guthrie supposedly photographed. Sort of disingenuous because it then proves all the more that the image on the White House website is a printout of the masked PDF and not a simple scan of a document.
And it would suggest collusion between the AL Dem Party and the White House. The AL Dem Party must be ready to go to jail with Obama and the others.
Seems to me if Jack Ryan and/or the Friends of Fogbow are willing to add stuff to legal documents and pretend that it’s genuine by not noting that it’s an added watermark, they’ve lost credibility with the sane world and their posted documents will always be questionable as to whether they’ve first been manipulated before being posted on Scribd. A very silly thing to do since there’s no reason to want to “mess with” anybody, unless there’s something they want to distract from...
That 2011 LFBC file is a total liablity, and they have to keep that multi-layered PDF out of court.
The next question is will the Alabama supreme court sit “En Banc” or will there be a more limited selection of judges?
If the court rules for Klayman against Beth Chapman, there is the question of how strict or lax will the Mandamus be?
Will a strict Mandamus, if granted, force Chapman to “perform her duty” in front of the Supreme Court of Alabama or refer her to a lower court to report back to.
If the Mandamus is general and asks Chapman to refer back to/ act in front of a lower court, the whole process of Dem's/CP-USA/GOP-e tricks, traps, forgery, dissembling, switcheroo’s and Judicial threats/blackmail/manipulation will recur.
These people have no shame whatever, no trick is too lame or cheap if it allows the political class to CYA.

They usually post court documents so it’s not like they have the only copy, so I don’t think there is real much fear that everyone is going to be fooled for long if they should change something.
