My answer to that has always been that the bulk of the dirt that the Clintons got on others came from those gazillions of FBI files that they secured. That, and investigators like the notorious Tony Pelicano ( who they hired back in '92 ).

Obama came to Washington after the Clintons left the White House.

And Pelicano is now behind bars; - all of his files were taken by the authorities.
