These photos from yesterdays marathon were forwarded to me from a trusted source and came from a Japanese Flickr account.
This photo here shows the Boston crowd before the bombing
And then after the bombing.
I think that in the second picture, his backpack is still on, but behind his hoodie.
He certainly wasn’t carrying multiple pressure cookers in a backpack.
It is really hard to tell on the after photo due to the angle he is standing if he was really without it but it does give a focal point to look at other photos.
Yes... his posture seems to indicate that a backpack is still on.
I’d post them here, but it’s easier just to visit the site. There’s a whole bunch of photos, with comments.
1) Where are the straps in the close-up photo? I don't see TWO straps or possibly any straps
2) Why does he no longer have a need to support the weight of the backpack in the close-up photo?
3) His posture is seemingly upright in the close-up, as though he's discarded the weight on his back
I wonder if he's praying to Allah in that first photo.. The FBI needs to know about this, pronto!
Remember, we’ve been warned for approx 5 years that “Al qaeda is seeking to recruit Western-looking suicide bombers.”
The guy in the brown hoodie has a weird look, in my opinion, as if he’s foreign.
PFL
I disagree. We could be looking at such a device in that backpack, and secondly this could indicate a team of two bombers.
CTRL+ and CTRL- is your best friend for zooming in and out.
The bombs had to have been placed INSIDE the buildings...all the glass from the store fronts was blown OUT...not IN...???
You can disagree all you want but you can’t change the physical dimensions of a 16 quart pressure cooker. Let alone two of them.
I think he still has his thumb partially underneath the backpack strap on the second photo. The backpack is hanging pretty low on his back and I think it is being blocked by his body.
I am not using a keyboard.
I thought it was a 6 quart cooker?
Fourth photo down there is a guy partially obscured by the platform. There is something reflective like metal at his feet.
