One of the gun-grabbing members of Michael Bloomberg’s organization, Mayors Against Illegal Guns, recently found himself trying to lure a man into a sexual encounter through the liberal use of alcohol. When the charm and alcohol didn’t do the trick, James ‘Jay’ Schiliro (R) decided to go a different route – firing a handgun into a wall in an attempt at intimidation.

Schiliro, 38, allegedly turned the Marcus Hook Police Department into a private escort agency, ordering a cop on the late-night shift to bring a 20-year-old man to his house in a marked police vehicle.He gave the man wine, then allegedly offered 20 to 30 times to perform oral sex on him, according to the report.
When the man repeatedly refused, Schiliro, who as mayor controls the police department, started to pull out handguns, informed the man that he was "going to be a hostage," fired a 9 mm bullet into the wall and said that he'd ordered police to stay away from the house, the report states. ...
He has a 13-year-old daughter, who was home during the incident.

Once again the right is handed political ammunition with a forklift, but will likely squander it.
That's what I was wondering. How can we find out if he actually ran as a Republican. But then RINOs are the same as Dems.

UPDATE: Marcus Hook mayor explains decision not to resign
He used the police department to do his pimping to bring the young man to his home. His daughter was in the house at the time of the incident.
