Tea Party favorite former US Congressman Allen West admitted to investigator Lt. Mike Zullo that political expediency was more important to him than supporting the investigation of Barack Obamas eligibility for office. I would really have to think about this, but I dont think so, West said in response to Zullos question: Would you support an individual that steps forward to bring this (document fraud) to the forefront?
The officer heading up Sheriff Joe Arpaios Cold Case Posse investigation went to the Conservative C-PAC enclave with radio talk host Carl Gallups to tell any and all listeners about the criminal law enforcement probe of birth certificate document fraud. (1) Zullo described his conversation with West as a face to face, direct on conversation with the Tea Party favorite to whose political campaign so many trusting Americans gave their hard earned dollars.
The retired Lieutenant Army Colonel said to Zullo that spending his political capital...

I reluctantly agree. They'd have to get the 'rat senate to convict on an impeachment charge. That would be hard. Although, if they proved that Obama was ineligible, it could hurt the democrats even if Obama wasn't impeached.
What is more worrisome than his fraudulent identity is the fact that America has elected this bum twice, and is likely to replace him with a psychotic bag lady.
If the GOP continues the course of wanting to cut entitlements and safety nets instead of focusing on how to get jobs back from overseas, then the psychotic bag lady deserves to win.
I canned religion for drag racing and hot rods 68 years ago!
The rhinocerous is crapping in the punch bowl. And yet, the band plays on. (Kiss America good-bye.)
Well Dale, a couple thoughts. First, none of those things are mutually exclusive. Second, "religion" and "real faith" are entirely different things, though I doubt you really know what I mean by that.
Well, you know it seems like the people that bring these cases to court get huge fines for doing so by the judge. Even if one was able to find a judge to side with the plaintiffs, that judge would be overturned, and probably arrested.
It does not seem like the left is going to be defeated by the constitution via the courts at this time. Another route is going to need to be taken.
Furthermore, even if Obama was defeated in such a manner, the root of the problem still exists, and that is the idiot electorate in this country who would simply replace him with another communist, and the second political party that can neither do anything about or in fact agrees with such leaders.
I do not know what the solution to this is, but I do know it isn’t going to be found in any court.
You’re probably right - and I would add this: it is not Obama’s place of birth that is our problem. It is what is in Obama’s heart - it is his beliefs - it is his policies - that are destroying the country. I have strong suspicions about his un-American place of birth, but I know with 100% certitude about his un-American beliefs and policies. I am quite sure this is the calculation that West has made, and there is nothing capitulative or wimpy about that. It is called wisdom.
Sadly, as utterly unqualified and dangerous as the psycho bag lady is to be president, the GOP has no one in its ranks that it wants to run that will defeat her.
I believe that West could have been a good candidate against her, but the GOP failed to support him, he lost his recount effort, and the GOP simply does not want to run him as they do not agree with him or anyone like him at all.
I think whatever happens in our future, America is going to suffer in an extremely serious way.
It is part of the normal rules to fine for a frivolous lawsuit. Reasonably serious lawsuits, like ANKENY (http://www.in.gov/judiciary/opinions/pdf/11120903.ebb.pdf) don’t get fined. But when the suit alleges that Obama was elected President as the result of a Catholic (and more specifically Jesuit) conspiracy...yeah, that deserves a fine!
I agree wholeheartedly, Mr. Wright.
I too suspect that Obama is a complete fraud in many more ways than one. But that is not the root of our problem as a country, nor is it the solution.
The left has conspired, planned and implemented for decades. The right has either capitulated, cowered or done nothing, and as a result an entire generation or two of communists has been created.
There may well be no stopping this train until it completely derails on its own.
Well, I’m not sure that every case thus far has been fined, but I do know that a number of them have. Whatever the case, most judges seem openly hostile to this effort, so it does not seem likely to succeed at all.
There’s not a syllable of your post that I can disagree with......
Plenty of people care. We’ve been thwarted by official and judicial mis- mal- non- feasance.
Well, I agree with the first part of your post, at least. Turning a blind eye to any part of the Constitution (for any reason) is very dangerous.
They are hostile because most judges and lawyers agree that the WKA case in 1898 (http://www.law.cornell.edu/supct/html/historics/USSC_CR_0169_0649_ZO.html) provided the legal definition of natural born citizen. You might disagree, but it is certainly true that most judges and lawyers think WKA decided the issue over a hundred years ago. I’m politically to the right of Rush Limbaugh, but that would be my analysis of the case as well.
LexisNexis, listing the holdings in WKA, has this as #19 (of 37 holdings in WKA):
“All persons born in the allegiance of the King are natural-born subjects, and all persons born in the allegiance of the United States are natural-born citizens. Birth and allegiance go together. Such is the rule of the common law, and it is common law of this country, as well as of England.”
However, the only birther lawyers I know of that were fined were ones involving pure lunacy (Jesuits installing Obama), or a couple where the lawyer made no attempt to follow the federal rules of procedure in federal court. It usually takes a special effort of weirdness to get a court to fine a lawyer for bringing a case. I’m actually surprised Orly Taitz hasn’t been disbarred by now.
Honestly, folks, in politics like every other part of life, you must choose your battles. Obama gets away with Benghazi, Fast and Furious and you think his eligibility is not something he’d get away with, no matter what evidence you found? Give it up. Find a better battle, maybe one we could win.
I had hopes for West to step up and do the right thing four years ago. He didn’t. Not that he cares and not that it amounts to anything but he’s nothing to me. He’s just like the rest of that selfish bunch who only care about their own political careers and the money they can steal from the taxpayers.
What in the world does that mean?
