When the Congress failed to pass cap and trade legislation during his first term Barack Obama famously quipped that there was “more than one way to skin a cat,” and we all know what he meant by that; he was going to use the EPA to bypass the Congress and subvert the constitution through the regulatory process.
This was a proclamation that he reaffirmed during his State of the Union address when he stated, “if Congress won’t act soon to protect future generations, I will.” Well, the EPA has already started making moves to implement cap and trade and at this point there are 200 coal fired plants scheduled to be shut down in the near future.
This may be fulfilling his promise in 2008 to shut down coal plants but apparently the EPA is not completing the destruction of the country quick enough for Barack Obama’s Ayn Randian vision of the United States so he is stepping up his efforts to complete the destruction.

If one plant can cost $200,000 to remove think of the added costs to all future projects, this decree will make it too cost prohibitive to carry out many future projects which would make our lives better and that goes for future energy projects as well.
Barack Obama promised America he would drive the coal plants out of existence and he promised the American people his policies would make energy prices skyrocket, and he made these promises before he was elected, perhaps people should have been paying attention because this is the one promise he intends to keep.
But think of all the money this will put in the pockets of Obama’s friends doing these studies.
They will become richer than Midas overnight-—and of course the Dick—tator will get his share.

Obama’s statement refered to here contains the hint of nationalizing any “fossil fuel” production comming from federal (the collective) lands and without phrasing it that way and handing that over to the collective to operate .
When I suggested that when the democrat convention entertained the idea of eliminating any reference to God at their national convention that party is no longer “democrat” but a hypenated Demo-Com political party and should be refered to as such. Sadly this episode was never referenced by any of the speakers at the so called Conservative Political Action Conference.
When the recently approved Secretary of Defence, Hagel, stated he would seek approval of the EPA for any new Star War Anti-missile sites to be set up to counter act a North Korean nuclear missile attack located on the left coast, and the recently approved Secretary of State Kerry empahsized Globullwarming, as well as the new Secretary of The Navy (Locklear ?) referencing it this regime is going to go full bore on this project.
There is an election for governor in the state of Maine and the democratic candidate is running on this issue. I mention this because it fits into Obama’s energy policy. Relocating populations to urban settings and servicing them with fast rail and electric cars. That election offers an opportinity to focus national attention on this “break some eggs” Kulack type socialist/communist social engineering this regime is embarked on.
How about we all get busy NOW and work like hell to elect some folks with actual functioning testicles to Congress in 2014?

I’m more convinced than ever.....no more raising the debt celling. No more money. If zero says there won’t be money for SS, Military and Medicare as a threat, Congress should start impeachment hearings.....let him explain why he thinks its better to starve Americans instead of starving the out of control agencies that provide no real value to Americans.
