I got it:

We nibble our pop tarts in the shape of a gun! This will scare the heck out of them.

I don’ think there is going to be any widespread confiscation of firearms. We keep engaging in this “Unintended Consequences” fantasy because we wish the liberals would allows us to literally destroy them.

Instead they are going to stick to what has been working and continue the propaganda. They are going to continue to suspend the kiddies for even thinking about guns. Holder let the cat out of the bag some time ago when he stated that people need to be brain washed about guns in the same way people were brainwashed about tobacco.

That’s is why simply buying guns and ammo isn’t enough to stop these tyrants. If that is all we do then one day we will all be sitting on a pile of guns and ammo with no freedom.

The key thing is gun registration. After government officials create a new list, or if they can accurately compile a list from existing information, they will send out annoying, but seemingly innocuous notices. Governments will exact compliance by revoking “privileges” such as drivers licenses, professional and business licenses, permits etc, etc. essentially depriving most the ability to earn a living. Operating a business, car, truck or whatever w/o a license or permit will expose the violator to fines, investigations, and prosecutions.
These types of prosecutions would be most effectively conducted at the state and municipal level. That’s why we need to especially focus resistance at the state and local level.

Ill tell anyone what will happen, all across America there will be staged supposed holdouts, intel will be leaked about hardliners and some massive cache of arms and ammo.

The collection agencies will roll out in force and from every single direction of the compass will be snipers, underground tunnels with sappers, tank traps, IEDs, flamethrowers, fuel air explosives, you name it and the people will build it, it will be a slaughterhouse. Think of Waco but with all the resources of Afghan vets at work. And most of America.

The scales of supremacy is NO LONGER on the Federal side, and if they don’t know that then just what can you say?

My fellow Freepers: Be careful how you answer this thread so as to not give out too much info, especially about yourself. Call me paranoid, but you aren't paranoid if they REALLY ARE out to get you...!

There's a storm coming...

But I believe this thinking is outdated and doesn’t align very well with reality.

I'd encourage the author of this piece of crap to try knocking on my door and taking my guns. G'ahead ... make my day.

Congress passes a total ban and the President cuts his own re-election throat by signing it. Gun owners get some grace period to turn them in, even beyond the deadline, without being charged with a crime.

Well, there is this funny thing called the Second Amendment, it is found in this moldy old document called "The Constitution" I believe. You think ObamaCare had challenges?

You ain't seen nothing yet.

And just where are they going to get these people to come and take you guns?

We have a tradition of shooting at people who come to take our stuff. If every fifth person that they march up to and try to take their guns gets just one po-lice officer then they are going to run out of bodies very fast.

Lots of Sheriffs have already said that the feds can go pee up a rope. So are they going to call out the national guard? That would require the governors to get involved.

Regardless of just what the Feds might do, just remember that the local, state and Federal governments have lots of ways of putting pressure on you without sending the jackbooted thugs to your door. Start listing all the forms and permits you need to keep your job. Start listing all the benefits you, your parents, your children, etc. get from various levels of government. You'll see where the pressure will come from.

The most important thing is to get organized. Be able to assure that "they" don't go home at the end of the shift. Or if they do, there's an ambush waiting for them. Likewise the politicians who ultimately give the orders.

The liberal socialist with support from RINO’s will pass what they will refer to as a “compromise gun control bill” that will have in the legislation for a National Firearm Registry Data Base (NFRDB). Once that is in place, then anytime any American is charged, ticketed, or complaints filed against him or her, the incident report will be placed in he NCIC and LEIN, the Federal Government being notified, the ATFE will then run the Americans name and SSN through the NFRDB to find any firearms they may possess and where they are located. The ATFE will then send out a SWAT Team to confiscate those firearms, irregardless of how the case comes out, the federal government will get to decide who is “mentally” competent to possess a firearm and no matter how many civil actions are filed, the American will not receive their firearms back. This is called “confiscation” of all firearms in the United States through attrition. While this may take several years, it will insure the federal government is well funded to reach this goal and provides a job for many years to come.

Actually they don’t even have to go that far.

For what use is a (then-illegal) gun if you use it to defend yourself and thereby open yourself up to felony charges and lawsuits. Yes, it still is preferable to watching your wife and daughter getting raped in a home invasion, of course, but short of that, it’s useless to you. You can’t show it to anyone, cannot buy ammo, cannot take it to the range...and heaven forbid the police find it, maybe during an unrelated break-in or fire investigation.

The well known gangs of confiscators will never be able to appear in public without massive protection brigades. If they don’t know that, a few whistling brass messengers would quickly, and decisively, inform them.

How Will They Confiscate Your Guns?

Well, one way is to claim you said something that wasn’t very nice. Then they get you arrested and asked to surrender your guns. If you don’t, bail will be set very high and your children will be without you while you sit in jail. If you’re a single parent they’ll have to go to foster care...unless you surrender the guns.

In CA they are already taking away the guns from households that have a person who has had some form of mental illness, of course in CA EVERYONE has some form of mental illness.

And the people are just giving up their guns, just like that.

After a day or two cruising popular gun forums I am seeing a very popular idea of baiting a house with guns and ammo but setting it up as a fuel air IED home, sealed and preset with the proper air fuel ration of natural or propane gas, even to the extent of setting it up with devices to simulate a human body like a heated mannequin, sounds and movement, all the while connected by video.

I most DEFINITELY won’t be tempted by any new job offers from any Federal agency in the near future, no sirree, I may be dumb at times but I’m not dying for Obamas agenda.
