That’s rather curious, no?
I feel so much safer knowing that Big Brother is evesdropping on my electronic communications that I don’t lock my doors any more, I leave the keys in the ignition switch, I invite junkies over for dinner...I’m sure they will not only stop any and all terrorist threats, but will make it impossible for habitual criminals to continue and it will cure my asthma...
Buddy, you need to get a life.
The thing reads in a 5 to 4 vote.
Roberts again?????????
Roberts, plus Scalia, Thomas, etc. This was from the conservative side of the court.
Roberts is no conservative.
My bad.
Everyone should accept as truth anything written by that established authority “Tom”.
All hail Tom, Grand Arbiter of Journalistic Genius.
Amazing.
It will be unok if a Repub ever gets elected president again
‘Cause anything that’s not from a blog is truth./s tag in staying with your comment
Who made you the police?
Thank you George Bush - who obviously flunked history.
I agree with you on this one. It’s bad form to blogwhore on FR and it seems there’s an abundance of posters on here who sign up just to draw clicks to their pages. It generates ad money for them so they’re doing this at Jim Robinson’s expense and that’s pretty low.
“Yesterday, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the Federal Government can continue to Spy on and monitor the phone conversations of Americans.”
I believe the ruling stated that in this case there was no standing, and that the government would be subject to legal action if an actual violation of rights against an individual were to occur in the future.
Heh, heh, heh! Quit picking on him! He is the self appointed internets/blog police for FR for crying out loud!!!!
That's NOT what the Court ruled, not even close, which means that the author of this blog is incredibly stupid or just plain deceitful. The court did not address the merits of the law; rather, the Court ruled that the Petitioners lacked Article III "standing" to sue because any harm that they might suffer under the FISA is speculative and too uncertain as to events that may or may not happen at some unknown time in the future.
I go to his about page and it says the account is suspended, I hit his replies button and it says “no replies”. I have never seen a comment from the fellow about anything but busting someone’s chops about pimping a blog. SHEESH! Hate to click on a post that’s from a blog because humblegunner will be there to bust the poster’s chops. It becomes tiresome.
Of course, this makes my case just as pathetic as his, as I can choose for it not to bother me...
he is not banned. He fakes his homepage to look like he has been banned. I guess he gets a kick out of teasing people.
He is your typical neighborhood old man shaking his rake/broom at you as you drive by because your car/motorcycle is to loud or whatever! lol
Ever vigilant, always diligent.
