Her case, Noonan v. Bowen, (CA Secretary of State) seeks relief in the form of a stay of election results of the Presidential election of Barack Hussein Obama because of his lack of citizenship, problematic Birth Certificate posted on the internet, plus non verifiable Social Security and Selective Service records and other data. Yet again Orly Taitz doesn’t understand court procedure. Surprise!
The clerks don’t forward pleadings and briefs to the justices for their review prior to conference. There are so many petitions filed that the justices cannot possibly review the petitions themselves.
Each petition is assigned to a random clerk in the cert pool. That clerk writes a summary of the petition for all of the justices, except Alito because he doesn’t participate in the cert pool.
The incompetent, lunatic, attention-whore strikes again.
This issue is so frustrating to me, probably more so than anything Obama has done. He’s obviously not eligible to serve as President. Anyone without blinders on knows this, he’s not even a citizen, yet he’s absolutely destroyed the American way of life in 4 short years. Not even a legitimate President legally, which makes it no wonder that his ideas are soforegin to the American Way of life.
Obama has created an American nightmare that I just don;t see an end to.

Actually, you can thank the lunatic Orly Taitz for helping the fraud remain POTUS. She hitched her freak-show wagon to the legitimate eligibility issue and in so doing destroyed the credibility of the issue.
You want to blame someone, blame Orly Taitz.
Those “faceless bureaucrats,” along with Congressional staffers, are why term limits are useless. Elected officials are just a face to the government. The machinery would run just fine without them.
Here is a hint for Taitz:
When you ask the Supreme Court to review your case, don’t include accusations that the Supreme Court justices follow Hitler in your motion:
