Tell us what you really think, Glenn.
Glenn Beck wasnt the only one making that comparison after Ron Paul launched a repulsive Twitter attack on murdered American hero Chris Kyle.
Derek Ryan @longhornderek
Ron Paul is now no better than the Westboro Church protesters. (Let's hear it, Ronulans. Lets hear you defend your dear leader.)

The social conservatives who are the largest group of tea partiers, won’t mind, and as leader of the conservatives in America, Palin will be OK regardless of what these two lessor figures say.
Who cares that lefty/libertarians are offended at the nutcase being insulted.

"There was a time when I felt that Ron Paul was ultimately a force for good, if perhaps quite misguided."
I used to feel the same way, that he was a well meaning old uncle - perhaps a bit crazy and way off base on some of his politics - but that he really had a heart of gold and just wanted to help.
I won't make that mistake again.

I dont think he was picketing funerals saying Thank God for Dead Soldiers though. This was close enough for a republican congressman, that is why conservatives are outraged and disgusted at the weirdo.

He was, however, all over the talk shows in 1991 proclaiming that the use of armored bulldozers and tanks fitted with plows to clear trenchlines (instead of what? Jumping in with bayonets and trench knives? ) during the first Gulf War was tantamount to war crimes.
No forgiveness for wrong Paul, and no respect or courtesy to the idiots who support him.

Ron Paul was never a genuine conservative, he just pretended to be one.
He took Reagan's three legged stool, removed one leg and cut the other two in half.
He'a always been a hypocritical tool, this last idiotic tweet of his just followed in a long line of serial foolishness towards our military..

Disgusting behavior from both Ron Paul and Glenn Beck. The most hardline tea party leaders tearing each other to pieces with rude twitter comments...a couple of the last few genuine conservatives with a voice TeaParty!...they're typical "libertarians".

Libertarians are a natural ally of the Tea Party. Not always part of the Tea Party per se, but an ally nonetheless. It’s shooting yourself in the foot to ignore this. Both groups support limited government. Much of the incompetence or even treachery of Republicans in Congress over the past two years(case in point: the NDAA), is from neo-con “RINOs” who have hijacked the Tea Party into becoming just a populist front organization for the same old corrupt Washington, DC people that the Tea Party originally opposed.

Latinos, should be a natural constituency for the party, Paul argued, but "Republicans have pushed them away with harsh rhetoric over immigration." ...he would create a bipartisan panel to determine how many visas should be granted for workers already in the United States and those who might follow... [and the buried lead] "Imagine 12 million people who are already here coming out of the shadows to become new taxpayers... [Rand Paul calls on conservatives to embrace immigration reform]
- ...by softening its edge on some volatile social issues and altering its image as the party always seemingly "eager to go to war... We do need to expand the party and grow the party and that does mean that we don't always all agree on every issue" ... the party needs to become more welcoming to individuals who disagree with basic Republican doctrine on emotional social issues such as gay marriage... "We're going to have to be a little hands off on some of these issues ... and get people into the party," Paul said. [Rand Paul: Time for GOP to soften war stance]

One day after announcing on his radio show that he is "truly considering" running in 2014 for the U.S. Senate seat now held by New Jersey's Frank Lautenberg, Rivera amped up his message today in a television interview and a column on the Fox News Latino website... a moderate Republican who is fiscally conservative but also supports gay marriage and Roe v. Wade... [Geraldo Rivera declares himself a 'moderate Republican' as he eyes U.S. Senate run]
