If you were in a coma yesterday and hadn't heard about the Super Bowl commercial this references you can see it here.
Screw you. If not watching commercials means I’m in a coma, I’ll gladly stay that way.
By the end of the commercial Paul had made farmers sound so good that I wanted to buy one, but at the end they showed that it was just for Dodge trucks.
I wasn’t comatose, however I did not “watch” the stupor bowl.
Relax...I didn’t watch it either.
I meant it as an expression because this commercial was all over the news and web.
It is difficult to discern truth from lies these days.
Thank you for the post.
America is in a deep well and getting deeper by the day.
God help America, and forgive our abominations. Open the eyes of the lost to see truth and turn to Thee in truth, we look to thee daily, in Jesus name, amen.
I did say this graphic “references” the ad, not that it WAS the ad.
Right!
If you have not seen the original ad referenced in the article, DO SO. It’s a powerful piece (with a voice-over provided by a monologue from the late Paul Harvey), and Dodge actually keeps a low profile it in. Perhaps one of the best Super Bowl ads in a long time, if not one of the 10 best ever.
Bet you're a LOAD of fun...
When I saw that commercial all I could think about was the old joke:
Jim, a USDA employee, comes back from lunch and finds Bob, whose desk is next to his, with his head down on his desk sobbing uncontrollably. Jim immediately is concerned for his friend and asks, Bob, what happened? and Bob says, My farmer died!
America keeps thinking they are voting for that really smart black president from “24”.
We are getting the “three card monte” dealer.
Didn’t watch it? You missed a great display of how the mafia used a so called power outage to change the game winning momentum of the Ravens to reduce the polint spread. Just my non-betting opinion.
Totally deflates the entertainment value of being a game to one of being a minstrel show.
