That is complete nonsense and non scriptural. The only thing we can pray for as regards Obama and those in power is that they turn to the One True God. No blessings on them or the Nation until they do.
Many prayed that God would turn Hitler to good and that didn’t turn out very well. There are some problems that God leaves to us to solve. If prayer for der Fuehrer has not turned him around in the last four years then short of a lightning bolt or the earth opening to swallow the democrat party, I believe that God’s message is THIS IS UP TO YOU.

I guess I should pray for the Lord to deal with the intense anger and bitterness in my heart.
Wisdom is the hardest thing to come by when your heart is hard and your mind is closed.
Think of Sarah Palin giving Obama advice.
“Let his days be few; and let another take his office. Let his children be fatherless, and his wife a widow.” (Psalms 109:8,9)
So says the sweet psalmist of Israel, a man after God’s own heart.

Yes, God gave us the blueprint on what kind of leaders to elect, who should choose them, and what qualities they had to have. We've ignored that for many years - hence, this nation gets what it deserves.
We are perhaps looking at the beginning of the end-time laid out in the Bible - if we aren't already well into it.
Looks to me like that point in time, when 'all nations' decide to go destroy Israel, might not be very far off.
