Yeah, that was my thought too. What a great way to start off an Army career. [/s] However, it probably wasn’t totally mercenary; back then his wife looked very pretty.

Exactly. Do you see a pattern? This guy married the Boss’ daughter. He’s a no-talent grifter. He fit in fine in the Obama administration. Broadwell and Petraeus are a match made in hell. I wouldn’t be surprised but that they get married. They are a perfect match of corrupt, talentless, backstabbing, ambitious grifters.
