You have it all wrong. It was the very conservative comments on abortion that scared women away. What does getting more conservative get you? The black vote? The Hispanic vote? The women’s vote?

Women are attracted to a strong economic message but not by the edges of the abortion debate, especially rape or putting their own life on the line.
Akin and Murdouck blew it for Romney. Yes that may be where the party is but is not where the women are.
