Via Twitchy, read about Alabama TV station WAFFs report on non-union utility crews who traveled from the South to help restore power to Hurricane Sandy victims only to be turned away because they were non-union.

Let them wallow in their hatred and ignorance.

Get people on the scene, and shout this from the rooftops! As people suffer, the coercive political power which unions are imposing on citizens through this Administration's policies are now being imposed to further punish innocent victims of a storm. Just a taste of things to come under an Administration they control.

...good, we'll have to find it on YT and make sure we pass it around so it goes viral. Like I said, Hey Odungo your union buddies are holding people back from helping....

I say, hop back in your bucket trucks boys and come back to the South, you did your duty trying to help.

And the NY Marathon goes on, with numerous generators sitting idle, able to power 400 homes in affected areas, until Sunday for media usage.
WTF!

People are still posting this story?
Doesn’t anyone read current post before posting new threads.
Not just this issue. Usually find five threads on same thing.

Seems like the union thugs are more concerned that these workers will cost them OT dollars than they are about getting NJ customers back on line.

Sad, isn’t it? I grew up in hurricane country. We FED volunteers when they came to help us. Seems common sense that in times of crisis, there is no competition, only colleagues.

Remember driving from Huntsville, Al to Franklin, Ky to get a generator after the terrible tornado outbreak from a couple of years ago. Passed truck after truck after truck going the other direction to help get Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee put back together. It was an exciting sight.
Damned Jersey union thugs.

Saturday and Sunday the temperatures in the affected areas are going to dip into the 30s. The union thugs seem not to care about the people that will freeze to death.
More democrats will have more blood on their hands.

And we were grateful....and still are! Without power for 5 days, but our area was skimmed around by the tornadoes. Other areas were devastated.
