I was just thinking as I read this article that this is the first administration since FDR’s that entire cabinet departments could be charged under the RICO statutes (RICO was not in effect when FDR was in office although it would have been applicable). You’ve got the DOJ and Homeland Security running guns, laundering money, running drugs, supporting human trafficking and slavery, etc. You’ve got TSA running an organized theft ring at the airports. You’ve got DOJ using its extensive resources to run an extensive extortion operation against businesses and states. You’ve got the IRS pulling tax records and leaking them for political reasons. You’ve got HHS people actively campaigning on our dollar for the Food Stamp President. You’ve got SS and VA doing multi-million dollar boondoggles on the tax payers dime. This administration is an organized crime organization!!!!

Section 6103 9g) is very interesting. It was enacted solely due to Nixon's abuse of 'his' executive agencies. That being said I wonder if Obama's even followed the law in requesting this tax info? Given his past disregard for laws he doesn't like -- I doubt it! I scanned Part VI showing the requirements, it's these two pages:
