Maybe should add depressing the active-duty military vote by delaying getting absentee ballots to them...an old standby that nearly gave Gore the election in 2000.

I remember them doing this for the 2004 election. They were ready to seize upon Ohio because the votes were supposedly close. But it never came to pass. I hope this doesn’t happen. My nerves couldn’t stand it.
