What KS SOS Kris Kobach asked to be verified was the same thing that the Mississippi Democratic Executive Committee asked to be verified, with the additional verification that the file number on the White House BC be verified.
Mr. Kobach had received a letter from Attorney Larry Klayman on Sept 7th, pointing out that Onaka had confirmed that the HI birth record for Obama is non-valid. And Kobach’s request – like MDEC’s – was specifically designed to allow Onaka to verify what was asked, EVEN WITH A NON-VALID BIRTH RECORD.
IOW, there is NOTHING to contradict Onaka’s earlier confirmation to AZ SOS Ken Bennett that the HI record for Barack Obama is legally non-valid – and SOS Kobach knows that full well.
Also if somebody could appeal to have this in breaking news I would appreciate it. This is the rest of the story - which the so-called news media never bothered to check out. By shutting blogs out of the ability to break news we are giving the treasonous media more power than they deserve. I will be gone this morning so your help on this is appreciated.

I thought Nancy Pelose signed for O to run last time in a few states that required verification.

There is nobody in this country who can lawfully declare Obama eligible. He has no legally-valid birth record. There are no legally-established birth facts for Barack Obama and never CAN be until he presents the BC as evidence to a judicial or administrative person or body and the probative value of his non-valid record is determined.
That’s all explained in the links I gave in post 2. Everybody really needs to understand what is going on here. At this point it is a legal FACT that anybody who certified Obama as eligible or allows him on the ballot is committing perjury and election fraud, respectively. Kobach and every other SOS in the country was informed of this by Attorney Larry Klayman.
I can’t post it yet because my computer won’t let me convert Word files to PDF but I have scans of all 50 return receipts showing that every SOS has been notified of this.
We need to make sure our SOS’s know we are aware that they are committing election fraud if they allow Obama on their ballot. Every one of them.

Kobach’s letter is dated September 14th. He dropped the whole matter like a hot potato on Monday the 17th. If you think he got any response from Hawaii between Friday and Monday then you’re kidding yourself.

I read that Kobach has something to do with the Romney campaign.
I’ve got the response posted on my blog. I paid $5 and received it from the SOS’s office this morning.
He's an adviser to the campaign on illegal immigration.

Here is a free great little program that converts anything you can print to a PDF.
It essentially installs a PDF printer on your computer and prints the PDF to a file. Works great been using it for years.
