Republicans and Democrats have been guilty of buying votes by promising FREE STUFF to potential voters according to the dictate of Karl Marx: "From each according to his ability, to each according to his need." This has led to a Polarized America. This polarization has increased as the number of those with ability has decreased and the number of those with needs has increased.
Romney is correct that 47 % of voters pay no Personal Federal Income Tax. Romney is probably correct that these same 47 % will vote for Obama no matter what.
The Liberal Agenda Media, (LAM), supports the politicians who keep the 47 % from paying Personal Federal Income Taxes. This Free Stuff benefit to the 47 % is seen by the LAM as being a "Fair Share" payment-non payment in the double-think logic of Marxist Redistribution Theory.
If Romney has the backbone to stand firm and double down on his May fundraising comments, some of the polarized 47 % may choose to vote against the Federal Welfare Entitlement Plantation's current leader, Obama.
With Obama, the Polarization of America has grown to 47 %. Another 4 years of Obama would certainly achieve his Marxist goal of 51 % Polarized America who pay no Personal Federal Income Tax.
BTW, to the lurkers: It is all about the money, our Grandchildren's money. To the LAM: BRING IT!
The 47% are being bribed with our tax dollars for vote to elect Obama..Isnt that illegal?
Grouping working Americans who don’t happen to make enough to pay federal income taxes with welfare moochers is inaccurate, unfair and will make it much harder for Romney to win the election. The implication that working Americans of modest income are lacking personal responsibility was reprehensible. Class warfare is ugly no matter which direction it comes from.
47% don’t pay taxes. Almost half the country receiving on government support programs. Explains our $16 trillion national debt and why we are close to bankruptcy. The only remaining question is this: How long can the Federal Reserve continue to prop up this house of cards buying up most of our government bonds?
‘Free’??
Really?
Government = Every person in the US who gets up in the morning, punches a time clock and pays TAXES!!!
There’s no such thing as FREE
Romney is both wrong and an idiot.
Take your argument up with him ~ at a later time of course.
In the meantime, let's hear no more of this nonsense. Makes you look cheap and tacky ~ and labels you as a DEMOCRAT
Get out of here with that stuff ~ it was just propaganda designed to stir up the goobers and make them say stupid things.
No matter to our current communists empire. Some of these criminal blood suckers are not entitled to welfare as it is now called. There are millions that are really entitled to this because of the destruction King Obama has hit America with.
Romney is both wrong and an idiot. . . . .

First, Romney is hardly an idiot. Those who have worked with him and around him say he is the smartest man they ever met. Being smart in and of itself is not everything however, Clinton was smart.
Second, the truth is the truth. 47% don’t pay taxes. That means they get free roads, free military and free whatever the government does. Someone has to pay for it, they don’t. They are freeloaders. Some of them may not want to be freeloaders but they don’t want their free stuff taken away so they WILL VOTE OBAMA! No matter what you do they will vote Obama.
Third the fulctuation of the unployed in numbers is comparatively small and those that are drawing unemployment pay taxes because until recently they have worked so they have income in some time to pay taxes on. The few that don’t pay any taxes still don’t want to give up their “free stuff”, although unemployment is not exactly welfare.
Fourth, no matter what you do or say, that 47% is always going to vote for more free stuff. That 47% is gone to Republicans. If National security gets to be a concern it MAY be possible to get a few of those votes but it won’t be worth spending money on to get.
Fifth, I am so pleased to finally hear someone in politics say it like it is. We are in a welfare state. Alexis de Tocqueville was right 200 years ago when he described our amazing country and said it would only last until the citizens realize they can vote them selves money from the Treasury. They realize that now because of unscrupulus politicians, politicians spelled, D E M O C R A T S.
In my humble opinion there are but few solutions to our economic problems. One of the most important parts of any solution would to make everyone pay taxes. When everyone is invested then it will be easier for the masses to be concerned about what money is spent and how it is spent.
It has been said that 2 things are certain in life, death and taxes. In the US it is only death that is certain.
Weren’t you a good little government employee? You don’t have any sound arguments, so you tell people to leave this site. You argue like a third grader. Go watch Sesame Street.
Not all gubmn't employees are good ~ some of them wrote oppressive fascist rules and collected large dollar value debts so you don't scare me. Smile while you are criticized by your betters ~ it could be much worse for you in the future. Secondly, you don't understand ideomatic expressions ~ which definitely demonstrates you are NOT a native English speaker ~ "Get out of here with that" is ideomatic and is not an invitation to leave ~ just that your point is just a piece of propaganda and everybody here knows that ~ because they've been in on all the prior debates.
i'm putting you on my list as a probable OBAMA TRUTH SQUAD MEMBER ~ right down to the code number and the reflexive "Unicorn' meme.
Seriously, you are just trying to provoke a certain crowd to start bellowing about the poor, weak, elderly, helpless and injured ~ and I have questions about their true affiliations as well.
Why do you keep saying 47% don't pay taxes? Are you trying to make the people on FR look stupid?
Admin ~ I think this is another one like the one i Just told you about.
No one can come into the half dozen threads we have on this matter and not be informed about the facts. Just not possible.
Obams’s Government PETS.

How do these two statements differ?
If we are to be held accountable for our actions, then we must look at all who have built this horrific Federal Welfare Entitlement Plantation.
47 % of voters pay no Personal Federal Income Taxes.
47 % of voters have no personal reason to increase their Personal Federal Income Taxes.
47 % of voters personally thank Democrat and Republicans for the Free Stuff gift of exemption from paying any Personal Federal Income Taxes.
For a family of 4, that income threshold is about $ 46,000 per year.
Meanwhile, 90 % of all taxes are paid by those with incomes of greater than $66,000 per year.
We are a Polarized Nation, whose Capitol is on the DeNile River, often called the Potomac River.
i can tell you haven’t been a Republican for long. We are in favor of low taxes, and if that meant we could cut all taxes to ZERO we’d do it in a NY Sec.
the whole issue revolves around the federal personal income tax, which is not the only tax. . . .

Social Security is not in the strict sense a tax, it is an insurance program that we are forced to participate in except for a very few groups.
Unemployment again is an insurance program. We call it a tax but it is a premium that we pay.
Sales taxes are not federal.
Gasoline tax is a usage assement. We pay for the roads we drive on. If you don’t drive you don’t pay (directly).
Excise taxes are indeed taxes but are a tiny portion of the overall. If you don’t PAY taxes then you likely qualify for a payment instead, welfare.
If you have enough money and you don’t pay taxes then the government sets a minimum you have to pay even if you don’t owe taxes. Isn’t America great.
” - - - Social Security is not in the strict sense a tax, it is an insurance program that we are forced to participate in - - - “
Social Security can best be viewed as an annuity purchased from the Federal Government at the point of Federal guns. The rate of return, currently, is 1.2 % .
Since participation is mandatory, SS is a tax.
Another index of Polarization in America is the inequality between Needs and Cash. That is the disparity between needs demands of those 42 % of Worker-age adults who are not in the Nation’s Work Force and the cash available to pay for their needs.
Currently, the Federal Government has to borrow 40 % of the annual Federal cash expenditures in order to pay for the 42 % who are not in the Nations Workforce, the 47 % who pay no Personal Federal Income taxes, the “99” % OWS victim advocates.
BTW, maybe that is how the Democrats figure out what their annual cash spending goal is going to be: Just total up all of the percentages of all of the overlapping sub-groups. The above Democrat math would be 188% of Annual income, un-discounted for graft, theft, inflation, vacations, and GSA Conventions, of course.
