An American has been killed and at least one other wounded after militiamen stormed the US consulate in the Libyan city of Benghazi, officials say.
It is believed the protest was held over a US-produced film that is said to be insulting to the Prophet Muhammad.
The building was set on fire after armed men raided the compound with grenades.
Protests have also been held at the US embassy in the Egyptian capital, Cairo.
In the attack in Benghazi, unidentified armed men stormed the grounds, shooting at buildings and throwing handmade bombs into the compound.
Security forces returned fire but Libyan officials say they were overwhelmed....

As if it is perfectly normal for regular poor peaceful folks to know how to assemble BOMBS and to have a stash of GRENADES and AL QAEDA FLAGS handy for spontaneous demonstrations that happen to occur on the most infamous anniversary and it is perfectly normal for people who have been insulted to kill a person who didn't have anything to do with the alleged insult, and we should owe them an apology for making them spontaneously protest with firebombs andgrenades on a day they should be celebrating an isolated human-cause disaster.
This is the same press that thinks it is abnormal for an American to own a gun for self defense and the same admin that feels threatened by peaceful unarmed people speaking out in defense of liberty at a town hall.

Thank you for your son’s service. All Americans need to flee the middle east asap. It is going to blow sky high this time. Obama wants it. He has loaded up Libya Egypt and Syria with freshly trained and armed Al Queda fighters. Their battle plan is mayhem, against any American interests. The place will not recover for a couple of generations. American involvement in the ME is over. Israel will probably not survive the nuclear attacks from Iran and Pakistan, unless the Saudis come to their aid (do not like the persians, in spades).
