in the last few days, the dems have been submitting 0bama for the november election
i’ve contacted the division of elections for a few states... and they have received paperwork from democrats attesting that 0bama and biden meet the eligibility requirements.
that’s it.
no further documentation is required. no ids checked. no birth certificates proving location of birth or citizenship. just a signed document stating all is good.

the burden of proof is on the person filing... NOT on the public to disprove eligibility.
in texas, the candidates are required to be US citizens. ‘eric’ in the division of elections claims that the person can sign a document among witnesses, and that’s enough (*poof* you’re a citizen if 3 people witness you saying so)
we need to start pushing for these offices to check ids AT THE MINIMUM
