Obamas and Bidens campaign events have been marked recently by less than impressive attendance. Meanwhile, attendance at Mitts events have been overwhelming. Here is a couple of pictures of his recent visit to Chillicothe, Ohio.
Well, it turns out there is a reason for Obamas less than overwhelming attendance. It seems that his campaign is purposely limiting tickets:
We have plenty of time for big rallies, a campaign spokeswoman, Jen Psaki, said between the rallies on Thursday. Our focus right now is on exciting our supporters and winning over undecided voters and the smaller and medium-size events are the best venue to accomplish that because the president can closely engage with the crowd.Big rallies are expensive, especially given the logistical and security challenges for a president as opposed to a mere United States senator. And Obama campaign operatives, both at the Chicago headquarters and in swing states where Mr. Obama recently has stumped, say the campaign intentionally limits crowds by restricting tickets. The reason is to allow the president to better connect with supporters, aides say.
So when reporters report half-empty Obama fundraisers, his Campaign responds, Hey, we sold out!.
If they are being on the level, Im not sure that is wise. But then, theyre the experts, not me.
LOL!
Maybe is he could break out those Styrofoam Greek columns again it would help!
LOL so Obama likes small crowds..LOL yeah you keep telling yourself that Commie, he knows he’s done he’s even sending Watermelon Head Joe Biden to “Safe” blue states, they can’t even keep blue states blue anymore
Here is your problem, you are equating "live" Democrat crowd size to "dead" Democrat voting power.
Don't be surprised if certain precincts in Ohio go 120% for Obama.
Locally the Democrats are out in force setting up their "voter outreach program" where they "reach out" and get unconscious and mentally impaired Seniors in nursing homes to vote a straight Democrat ticket by "helping" these poor folks with their Absentee Ballots.
This is gonna be dirtier than 2000 and 2004 with outright riots and beatings. Mark my words. This is gonna be bloody!
It has the stink of Dem’ desperation all over it, doesn’t it? ;-)
Plausible? LOL. It IS the biggest crock of BS I have ever heard. I have done advance team work. The idea is to get as big a crowd (friendly) as you can. It is all about optics. The idea that a politician would want to limit the size of the crowds is ludicrous.
Good God we are in a heap of trouble if we have gullible people that believe this "plausible" BS. So called conservatives no less.
I know for a fact that if you volunteer for a 9 hour telephone bank stint, you get a free ticket to the acceptance speech.
Obamaloney!
R&R need to study the entire movie. Is the O-team pathetic, or what? LOL!
Yeah, that's the ticket...
LOL! Oh, you poor, naked chair! You mean, you didn’t even get a t-shirt?
Great minds think alike. I was already searching the screenplay.
That’s the first image that popped into my head.
Must suck to be Obama these days.

Do ya think they need photo ID’s to get in?
They will waive that and for getting into Moochelle’s book signings once the crowd dwindles to hardly no one.
“FREE ICE CREAM”
If, only, leftist politics at the presidential level would be “toast”, too, no matter who wins the race for ‘12 POTUS.
I saw Walter Mondale’s rally in ‘84 without a ticket...now if you actually want to meet the candidate at a reception, yes you need a ticket.
Yeah, they're saving them for November 7, after the results are in.

Gee, now President Narcissus is concerned about the taxpayer dollar (even though he jets around in AirForce One to fundraisers - spending more taxpayer money so he can compete against us).
