Please pray for my family. My youngest son is very ill. This has been going on for two weeks. He is 22 years old. I can count on one hand how many times this kid has been sick, so this is a rare situation for him. Our doctor has run lab work (include blood and urine) and done an ultrasound without any conclusive diagnosis. They are running more tests as of yesterday with no results as yet.
Now on to my oldest son. He just deployed to the Middle East. Nuff said.
My husband has outpatient surgery on Thursday. Normally this would be a easy situation for me to handle, but I am feeling pretty overwhelmed right now.
And the frosting on the cake my old van died a few days ago.
Praying.
Prayers of healing for you and your family. Please keep us updated if you can.
Sorry to hear of this. You haven’t given much info, but have them check for West Nile Virus...WNV symptoms can be confused with any number of issues-confirmed only by test, especially if any known outbreak in his area/visited.
prayers going up to the Lord Jesus.
Love in Christ,
Meeky
I just said a quick prayer for you and your family.
God, please have mercy on this mom and wife and her family. Please look out for her dear son, put your hand on him and take away his suffering and ailment. Please be with this family and doctors while dad goes through surgery and heals.
Lord have mercy on the soldier son. Please guide and protect him as he enters into this war. Please have mercy on all our soldiers and their famlies. We give them over to your love and care.
We rest in knowing you will handle all these worries when we are feeling overwhelmed. We turn all this over worry into your loving hands and let the clouds of fear pass. We know that you are always with us; that you carry us through overwhelming times. We know that you love us and there is no greater love. Holy Spirit give mom an extra boost of inner peace right now.
Please help her to deal with the broken down van. She needs that right now like a hole in the head! Have mercy on us.
Lord, we surrender the spirit of fear and open up our hearts to your power and love.
Amen

Thank you all for your insightful prayers. I already feel calmer.
Ran into my youngest at the grocery store no word on latest blood tests.
Since my hubby will be off work starting tomorrow night, we will be able to live with just one car until the Mom-mobile can be repaired.
We get the most out of our cars. The Mom-mobile has 313,000 miles on it. I think that I sprung a leak in a radiator hose or blew the head gasket. I am leaning toward the gasket since my hubby does a good job of maintaining hoses, fluids, belts and other repairs on our vehicles. This happened in extreme heat, towing a trailer and pulling a grade.
An angel came to my rescue. I was able to secure the van in a safe place. Then, not only did he take us( Mom and I)home, he even brought the trailer with us. I don’t even know this guy’s last name, but I do know where he lives. I still cannot believe that he had the ability to take us, along the trailer, and his family the rest of the way home which was 90 miles.
Asking God tp wrap his LOVING arms around you and your family.
Healing prayers for your ill son and the son who is deployed.
.May God give you all strength and comfort as you meet this challenge..I pray also for your son’s Medical providers..May God give them all skill and wisdom.
An angel indeed! God bless him.
Prayers for your family.
An angel sure did come to your rescue.
Still praying for more angels to help your family along.
Update.
Still no results on my youngest son’s diagnosis. He is back to work. He starts the day being nauseated, starts to feel better during the middle, but then is exhausted by the end of the day. (hold the “ Is he pregnant?” jokes)
Oldest son called, stated that it was 122 during the day. He is very happy that he has been placed on night duty.
Hubby had his surgery. Didn’t get to talk to the doctor post -op(Grrrr) , so don’t know what he found or how it went. Stitches come out next Wednesday, so will have to talk to him then. Post op nurse stated that all went well and everything appears to be fine, but wouldn’t answer any questions.
