Illegal immigrant pleads guilty to raping an 11-year-old girl
BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WECT) – An illegal immigrant will spend at least 16 years behind bars after he pleaded guilty to raping an 11-year-old girl from Leland last year.
Luis Perez-Valencia, 34, pleaded guilty to first degree rape in Brunswick County Superior Court on Monday. Perez-Valencia was accused of having sex with the child on two occasions and attempting to have sex with her on another occasion. He was sentenced to serve 16 to 20 years in prison.
The D.A.’s office said in court that the victim became pregnant and DNA tests proved Perez-Valencia was the father. He will be required to go through sex offender treatment while he is in prison. He will also have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
According to the D.A., Perez-Valencia will be deported after he serves his entire sentence in the United States.

Another girl/woman raped, another murder, another person beaten or injured for life, another burglary, another grand theft auto, another gang initiation, another act to destroy the culture of the United States...

He’ll get plenty of sex in the lockup, it might not be the kind he likes, though . . .
