He will sign it, of course. To be legal here in the US, it has to be ratified by 2/3 of the Senate. He will TRY to subvert this process by Executive Order, but I, like many others will just flat ass ignore it.

He will have to have his minions review each and every, business-held Form 4473 which documents gun purchases. He won’t surmount the legal challenges to his illegal attempts to access the data. Likewise, he won’t be able to determine those weapons not covered by Forms 4473 (private purchases, etc.)....do not comply is my advice.

I believe your response is the correct one. Obama will go through all those steps and as you correctly state,we simply have to ignore them. This is the line in the sand! Obama and his marxist/islamists thugs cannot realize their ultimate goal of mass genocide upon this Nation,unless they take away our God Given Right to bear arms.
