4 years ago, he changed his story to Paul Revere was a murderer and the King was only trying to help us and give us free stuff.

I may be the only conservative in America to say this, but I've never liked the Andy Griffith Show. I didn't like it as a little kid forced to watch it in primetime in the '60's, and I don't like it now. I watched it a few times just to see if my tastes have changed, but like beets it's just as nauseating now at age 50 as it was when I was 8.

Maybe it would have been more to many’s taste if Andy told ‘blue’ jokes, Opie swore like a street thug, barney was openly gay and Aunt Bee was played by some young thing with enough cleavage to make a professional grade ski jump.

It would probably have been Floyd the Barber or Howard Sprague that was gay.

I lost all respect for the man when him and “Opie” made that ad implying we were all racist if we didn’t vote for zerO. Haven’t been able to watch an episode since.

No I figure Floyd would be the kind heart and lovable drug dealer turned snitch and Howard would be the Mayberry’s ‘Casanova’ bedding a different woman every night.

Maybe it could be that I found the set was a hothouse of Socialist thought (Andy shilling for Obamatax, Ronnie Howard being an open leftist, etc.).

Excellent! I’ve sent it to all 12 grandchildren.

Andy Griffith was a likeable man, but his TV commercial for our Marxist in Chief was nauseating.
