Whatever clause he used, it really doesn’t matter to me — it’s all phony, it’s all written in invisible ink what he’s done and what others do to massively increase federal government’s power against you," nationally syndicated radio talk show host Mark Levin said on FOX News' "America Live" this afternoon.
"I don’t normally go after justices unless justices by name come after us. And the fact is that this decision is so outrageous, what he did is so damaging to the court, to the perception of the court and so forth – he has to be called out by name … The more judges and justices want to play politics, the more they are not going to be immune from the political process," Levin said.

Did O’Reilly even graduate from Junior High? He is an intellectual flea next to Levin’s broad grasp of the Constitution, its philosophical underpinnings, the Founders, and legal precedent. I have listened to him for days and he is dead-on.
I trust that with hours of debate mixed with copious amounts of alcohol, we would find ourselves in total agreement.

if “Roberts’ super genius”, then I guess Obama/Pelosi/Reid are “super genius” as well, by passing obamacare and making sure conservative turn out to vote against them. I guess Obama/Pelosi/Reid are conservative heroes as well.
For this to be true, it rely on action by other Conservatives to win the election. If the election is lost, will you still call robert a super genius?
