Standing Up to Big Government: “an ordinary American citizen” demands answers about Obama’s birth

Will Florida’s Robert L. Quinn be America’s answer to the anonymous Tank Man of China who stood up in front of a column of tanks ordered by the Communist regime to clear Tiananmen Square of peaceful citizen protestors?

His frail body holding back the menacing war machines became an iconic photo of the Twentieth Century signifying an ordinary citizen standing up to unrelenting governmental power which just had declared martial law to quell its own Chinese citizens!

Quinn, a septuagenarian, who identifies himself as an ordinary American citizen, sent a deeply moving, poignant letter to FBI Director Robert Mueller in defense of his country and in protest to what Barack Obama and his administration are doing. Mueller is asked to investigate Obama’s birth documents.

“This oath requires you to defend the Constitution, not a person sitting as President and Commander in Chief of our Military forces and especially one whose only evidence of Constitutional eligibility to hold this office is a birth certificate and selective service registration form that have been verified by Law Enforcement to be forgeries.”

“Quinn wrote first week of May, [no] reply. Quinn takes this as a sign Mueller is, “confirming he is a willing protector of the forgers and complicit in the act of treason.”

[Quinn] ….quotes the legal definition of treason as defined in Title 20, US Code 2381, titled Treason. “Whoever, owning allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the US or elsewhere is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the US,” Quinn cites.

While none of these requests are likely to be successful, they do serve the important purpose of keeping the questions alive. Thank you Mister Quinn.

The bigger problem will be keeping Mr. Quinn alive as he is likely to be consigned to the Soylent Green production line after being left to die of dehydration/starvation unattended on a gurney in one of the new Obamacare Eternal Rest Homes.

I agree and appauld Mr. Quinn. I believe there is more that can be done by Congress(and the Powers that be). If Holder is allowed to say that “I am in charge and thus issued an order to not investigate or charge me” then Mr. Quinn will not get very far. Still a true Patriot. If the GOP would get on board with this issue it would fall quickly. They are all cowards because they are all complicit.

It is likely be the 55-80 year old crowd that will provide the tinder for the next revolution, and this 0bamacare non-decision by the Roberts’ Court may well be the spark.

If may well be the spark! I was just thinking that. Here we have a phoney for president of the United States of America and everybody knows it, but we are letting him defy the Constitution of the United States. Where are the patriots?” Where are the men who swore to to protect and defend the Constitution? Let just one of them step forward and insist that this Kenyan produce an American birth certificate. He cannot! At that point he is gone! Keep pushing. Eventually, we will find a man who will defend and protect the constitution. Just one! That is all we need. Unlike Judge R. Barclay Surrick who could have ended this discussion 4 years ago if he had any guts at all.

Yes, and these requests are also a means for citizens to be on the record as speaking up for what's right. We need to take away the opportunity of those in power to fall back on excuses like, "Well, nobody else seemed to know too much about it or to take it very seriously."

With each letter urging action, the burden of accountability increases, and deniability becomes utterly plausible.

Here is a snippet from my latest long letter to my GOP congressman, wherein at the lack of any hope he will shift to an active role on the Obama document forgery issue, I point out my satisfaction of being on record anyway . . .

If my present conclusion is ultimately shown to be true, and the work of Arpaio's team is vindicated, I shall one day at least have peace of mind as my reward, along with, perhaps, the unsavory consolation prize of being able to document this correspondence with you, for posterity. I suppose I may eventually find myself telling my children or grandchildren, "Here, look at this. Back in the days when our country had a president who lied about his background and all of congress was either wittingly or unwittingly complicit in his fraud and forgery, I was one of the many conscientious citizens who wrote Washington and tried to make a difference."

What will it take to wake these people up?!

oops, I meant,"deniability becomes utterly implausible," not "plausible".

Perhaps, as SvenMagnussen keeps saying, we should all file FOIA requests for Obama’s naturalization record from USCIS....1983 he says... and present responses to these fence sitters in Congress and the media. How could they deny it then? I’ve filed...don’t really expect a response, but it’s something. Also, writing, as Mr. Quinn did, might be more effective if more people did it. I shall now add my letter to his, to at least put on the record, in case no one noticed, that I am not tolerating this usurper.

I’m sure it will be “disappeared” before the FOIA is marshalled through the system. Wasn’t only one week of microfiche missing when Arpaio’s crew went to see who entered the country back in ‘62 from Kenya? The week Obama was er, born.
