First week after August recess...
Obama and his congressional minions swore back in 2008/09 'you will not see your taxes increase one single dime'- and they never would have got this leviathan passed on the Hill had they been even slightly more honest about it.
This is good: Eric Cantor has already scheduled a House vote sot that all the congressional reps can stand up and say whether they support the biggest tax increase ever... or not. Trouble for them is, all the ones who did help pass it in the first place said it wasn't. How very inconvenient for them... just two months prior to the election. If anything can inspire the TEA Party to 2009's level of energy and protest, this might be it- and last time we got out there and fought, the Dems got trounced.
We'll have to wait a couple months for that spectacle... as for today, pop some popcorn and watch Eric Witholder get put on the grill, that'll take the wind out of the Bolshevik Boy Wonder's sails...
BTW, Fox just reported that Mitt Romney took-in $1M in donations since 11am already...

The Supreme Court found Obamacare's individual mandate is a TAX.
Time for a TEA Party Fourth of July.
Locate your nearest TEA Party group and GO!

I hate to bust your dream of repeal.
But this is just a “show” vote.
It would have to pass the senate, which it won’t
and then be signed by Zero.
Good luck on that.

RIGHT ON, TLI... I’m in for certain

Good. Obviously it is going nowhere until Obami is kicked out. But good anyway.

There might be more success after the election if we get a few more Senate seats. I really don’t think my moderate Democrat friend (all 2 of them) really don’t know what they’re into. Both have elderly parents still alive. Funny, they are both lawyers, but not terribly interested in politics.

Good for Eric Cantor. This should pass the House and will put the Senate in an awkward position. Those Senators that do not pass will have been supportive of a TAX increase on all Americans rich or poor. This will not go over good for those Democratic Senators in their bid for reelection. It might convince a few RINO Republicans to be very very very careful.
To: Reaganite Republican
Fine. This has to be done.
But it is largely symbolic and political. And somewhat misleading.
Dems in conservative districts will vote against Obamacare until they have to cast a vote to override Obama. Then they’ll vote for it.
What matters is who voted for it the first time.

Per Drudge.."HOUSE GOP INSTANTLY ANNOUNCES REPEAL VOTE FOR WEEK OF JULY 9"
The American folk SHOULD NOT wait another month for this awful criminal law to stand NOT ONE MORE DAY...REPEAL IT NOWWWWWW!!!! while the iron is hot!!! NOW!!!

This should pass the House and will put the Senate in an awkward position Sadly, no. The Senate (read: Reid) will simply treat it as if it doesn't exist. No debate, no vote.

Such a vote is a waste of time and money designed to give cover to some RINOS and ride anger to Romney’s benefit.

It is a symbolic vote only because Reid will NEVER allow it to come up for vote in the Senate.

A show vote is still a positive direction for the campaign regardless.
Ol’ Harry wouldn’t allow it to come to a vote regardless.

They’ve always had the ability to DEFUND THE ENTIRE POS OBAMACARE.
I would also DEFUND the Supreme Court of the United States while they’re at it.
They need to keep going till the federal gubbermint is one percent it’s current size.

Obama and his congressional minions swore back in 2008/09 'you will not see your taxes increase one single dime'- and they never would have got this leviathan passed on the Hill had they been even slightly more honest about it. It dosen't matter. The Liberals and the media know it was a lie and if anyone was fooled, well then tough snot. The Right knew it was a lie but failed to convince the fooled or the uncaring. Obama, Pilosi and company were hailed as courageous law givers.
Now court has made the mandate a tax. Rare does a body of politicians ever eradicate a tax. This mess is here to stay. It is disgraceful, but it is the law and its of the presidents choosing so it will be enforced..

Yeah...a symbolic gesture fer sure...maybe you could stamp your foot adamantly too.
If you mean business, attach repeal to each and every bill you send out the door.
ALL of them including the hiway and student loan reauthorizations.
We might believe you are serious...

If only we could repeal also the new constitutional precedent set today that Fedzilla’s power to tax both activity and non-activity is total. The devastation this precedent will ultimately do to our Republic makes the wreckage of ObamaCare shrink to insignificance.

We, the people should defund it, by refusing to allow any further payroll deductions until this POS is removed from office. This is taxation without representation and we should revolt, if we don’t we deserve what we get.
