It's worse than that. They can tax you if you refuse to murder your unborn child.

They can now tax you if you don't turn in your guns. They can now tax you if are Catholic. They can now tax you if you assert the 5th. If they can tax you because you do something they can't make you do under the other provisions of the Constitution, they can tax you for anything.

It is not enough to win the election. This decision must be obliterated, if that takes impeaching the 5 justices and half the federal judiciary. It has to be done, or else the alternative is worse.

Sadly Rush is mistaken ,it is not freedom of choice that died today - it was freedom itself that died today. Today every man ,woman & child became the chattel property of the U.S. Federal govt.

The Democrat party was all in favor of slavery in the 1860’s when slaves were private property & they are in favor of slavery today when the slave is state property .

Sadly the GOP~e are more concerned with sucking donkey dick than fighting for the freedom of the American people.
