Yes, ObamaCare = expansion of SBCs...But don't kid yourself. SBCs have been part of the govt run local public school landscape since the 1980s!!!!!!!!!
They've ALREADY imbedded themselves into the woodwork of MANY schools! ObamaCare didn't introduce SBCs...they'll just increase the tentacles.

We must refer to this as “Bait and Switch Health Care.” Democrats swore that ObamaCare was not a tax. It has been unasked by Roberts as being exactly that, and thus constitutional.
Now, TEA Party folks and conservatives need to elect enough senators to repeal this tax, which would be a first by our greedy politicians.
That was one of the major items that doomed Hillarycare.
Obama learned well from Hillarycare's defeat. He made sure NO ONE outside the Dem leaders, and the lobbyists who helped him craft the bill, saw what was in the bill before the vote was taken. That way opponents couldn't cite specifics against it.
