-the incident he DIDN't mention.
-who he named as the dimmest bulb of all
-the kindness with which he treated total boobs
-what a really, really fine man he is

I immediately discounted all following observations.
I’m sorry. I’m not sure what your question is.
However, by all means, do not read more. I only put this up because some people, as one commenter upthread mentioned, like Cheney and I considered it germane to this forum.
By all means, by ALL MEANS, do NOT your fine and discerning self click in to read this review. I would urge you not to bother, please do not insult yourself by reading it.
It’s a book review is all. A simple, harmless book review. I’ve been a Freeper for over ten years and I put up a book review, a good one I think.
A long time Freeper posts a book review of a very germane book on FreeRepublic’s forum for Bloggers and personal.
How horrible.
This is a very good book but I caution, sometimes he is just too kind.
By all means read it. On every level Cheney is a fine man.
It’s next on my list...I bought it with Rumsfeld’s book. Rummy’s book was fantastic, to the point where I’m drafting a letter of thanks to him. Future historians will view his career in a much better light than the chattering class of today.
Try Rumsfeld’s bio from last year for a good companion piece.

Seriously, I did so enjoy this book and imagine I will also enjoy Rumsfeld’s.
Cheney and Rumsfeld were very close; closer than I knew.
I must have missed the review, I only saw a link to a blog.
Remember whan someone with a lifetime of public service is writing a biography, it isn’t commentary. They aren’t “making a point” about an issue or event.
They are instead laying out a full narrative history of their life in public view and they know that if they have a factual, reasoned and detached tone to their recounting of that life they will be taken seriously by readers long into the future.
A personal diatribe as to who was an ass last August is best reserved for an op-ed opinion or a short recounting of that one issue.
Another biographical book that will amaze you in Sowell’s “Personal Oddesey.” I had read about ten of his great books and was enthralled by his personal back-story.

My goal is NOT to drive people to my Blog. I posts Blog posts every day and I rarely, very rarely, put them up on FreeRepublic.
I posted this today because, well it was a book about Dick Cheney.
I really don’t get all that many hits on any Blog links I put on FreeRepublic and it’s not worth putting up with tiny people like you whose amusement stems from getting on a post like this along with other fake names and acting big and bad. I put it up because I thought some Freepers would like it.
I know you are in your element when you do this sort of thing.
Seriously, you really ought to read a book maybe.
