This is a breaking story. Please check back frequently for updates.
UPDATE I: The Blaze spoke to a clerk at the District Court of Maryland for Montgomery County who confirmed that Aaron Walker was in fact arrested following his hearing with Brett Kimberlin. According to the clerk, he was arrested on second degree assault charges that were previously filed by Kimberlin when Walker, following a separate court hearing, took and held at bay Kimberlins iPad. Other reports on the web indicate that Walker was instead arrested for violating the peace order for which he was appearing in court.
Walker laid out the details of the iPad incident in both my and Glenn Becks interview last week. That account can be read here detailing how convicted Speedway Bomber Brett Kimberlin has been terrorizing bloggers across the country. Today, one of those victims, Aaron Walker has been arrested at court following his most recent hearing with Kimberlin, who had taken a restraining order out on the respected attorney (ironic, considering the convicted domestic terrorist was the one doing the harassing).

Brett Kimberlin & his friends are also "Swatting" their enemies.
Swatting, Verb.
To call 911 from secure phone and tell the operator your enemy's name and address, tell them you just shot your wife.

Kimberlin is a truly sinister individual who is capable of orchestrating homicide. (Brietbart death???). His action in Speedway In. would now be correctly termed terrorism. I have contacted a number of members of Congress such as Rep. Gomert to encourage that Kimberlin be investigated by DHS (yes I know it is a waste of time. The goal is to raise Kimberlin’s profile with enough lawmakers that pushback may come his way to cause him to lay low. This goes beyond politics as usually understood. Kimberlin is a psychopathic personality similar to Fritz Klenner or David Carpenter. He is more than capable of perpetrating homicides and terrorist actions. With the elections moving towards November he is a real public danger. This should be the biggest story on FR.

If somebody “Swatted” me with a fake 911 call leading to a false (but potentially deadly) SWAT raid,
I can promise they would be swatted back, unforgettably.

"This should be the biggest story on FR." It should be, but by virtue of the fact that Beck took the lead on it, many here will dismiss it as hyperbolic, chicken-littleism.

This Brett Kimberlin is kind of a snake and bad business all around. His recent activities have done little if anything to address this particularly disagreeable side of his personality, other than to emphasize traits that nobody admires.
Wouldn’t be at all surprised to learn he is also an Obama supporter. He certainly has all the earmarks of one who could sympathize with the Current Occupant on many levels.

It is long past time for the FCC and FBI to go after these cases.

His activities are funded by Soros foundations and the money for his blog efforts is also a front for use for other ‘projects’. Look this man up on the net. Copy and and attach what you find to e-mails to members of Congress.

A blind hog finds corn sometime and Beck has found the mother lode this time. People here should ditch the justified dislike for Beck's ignorance and hyperbole and absurd over the top hysteria mongering and understand that Kimberlin is a real domestic terrorist. He has had the support of a well off family and been able to fly under the radar for years. No surprise someone who is as psychopathic as Kimberlin would link up with the Mahdi's followers.
To: Travis McGee
I'm with you, TM. Beck, for his flaws, is one of the good guys, as evidenced here by his getting the word out on Kimberlin.

Not me. My name is out there. This is where I live, every day. I'm with you as well. This is a dramatic turn of events for Walker. Kimberlin is a lowlife piece of waste, his history proves it, and his current actions are horrendous. His group is reportedly repeating similar tactics against numerous Conservative bloggers and authors. Some have publicly stated that they know their lives are in danger.
This is the means that the extreme left utilizes to attempt to silence opposition. Damn it, count me as the opposition. They may have won a battle, but they sure as he77 wont win this war.

To: RushIsMyTeddyBear; y'all
Anybody get the sense that Marxists brown shirts might escalate and escalate until all hell breaks loose? Today it's centrally-planned ridicule, shout-downs, intimidation, and lawsuits. Tomorrow as their totalitarian dreams begin to crumble away they might initiate a scorched earth campaign. Destruction one way or another.
Or am I way off base here? (I hasten to add this is not something I cheer for; the prospect doesn't gratify me by any measure.) I want the economy stabilized and overall tone of society serene. I sometimes think that's now out of reach no matter the verdicts of November. If they prevail oppression grows; they lose power: woe and vengeance upon liberty and security.
Good luck with the latter, should you unwisely choose, fools! Well, we do live in interesting times.

As was Beitbart.
