Anyone with two brain cells to rub together knows that Rick Perry is the only one responsible for destroying his own political career with his poor debate performances.

Hate screeds like this one by Quigley and the Hot Air post referenced here will only infuriate Gingrich supporters when Mitt Romney needs them the most.

If Romney doesn't call off his rabid dogs, he may find himself finishing in second place in a landslide general in November. His Mittwit supporters are beginning to make Ron Paul's legion of Ronulans appear to be sane and generous of spirit by contrast.

I don’t even know where to start to show how wrong this rant is...so I won’t.

Honest to goodness, every once in a while, I contemplate voting for RuPaul. I swear he looks better on a lot of issues than mittens , and certainly better than obammy.

Newt was a Romney plant... Romney persuaded Newt to enter the race so as to decimate the other candidates then when his loss was eminent, to throw support back to Romney... Betcha...

To paraphrase Clausewitz: To Gingrich, politics is war by other means.

I like Mr. Gingrich. To most spineless GOP hacks, Politics is dropping trow, grabbing ankles, and waiting for the Democrat.

It's every one else's fault but Rick's. /s

Now setting the stage for 2016 with a campaign slogan: "You should have picked me last time".

Truth is, Americans see right thru Perry as the wet finger wind testing fraud he is.

I supported Rick Perry until he dropped out, and I still believe he is the best-suited man we have for the office of the presidency. But this article is pure bull. And to prove it:

“Next to Romney, Perry was the only other one on stage deserving the post of president.”

Also, I do not agree that Perry has destroyed his political career. Wait until we’ve had four more years of Obama, or four years of Bishop Homo Abortion. Perry learned quite a few lessons from his presidential campaign. People might have the sense to wake up and appreciate him then, should he decide to run.

Sophomoric garbage written by a clueless pundit and not worth dignifying beyond that.

All I had to read was that this author thinks Gingrich is the source of all the bile and so on - meaning this sycophantic idiot missed the entire primary season where Newt was demonstrably the VERY LAST CANDIDATE to attack other Republicans (besides Herman Cain, who left the race before most of this started). What a pathetic analysis.

Who is this cur?

With a name like Quigley, Bernie, I think I get the picture and he needs a girlfriend. Maybe he IS one, I don’t know.

But, he has “messed with the wrong Marine”, replacing Bush bashing which was so very popular, with Newt bashing and no evidence but his own adjectives and media fed interpretation.

Because Newt is political infantry in spades with a record to prove it, Bernie is needing to press his shorts.

All I can say about this keyboard jockey is “ick”!

You know, there’s something wrong with the term “political career”. Our founding fathers didn’t look on politics as a career.

Is this No. 101 - out of a "101 Ways to Bash Newt" - or just an ignorant/desperate measure to raise up image of Perry?

Too slow a week? Or what?

It's a story as old as the hills...sore losers find a scapegoat to exonerate themselves from their own failures and inadequacies. Always somebody else's fault with these geeks.

That pretty well covers it. Now, why is it Pentecostal politicians (and near Pentecostals who graduated from Regents or Oral Roberts programs) are flocking to Romney?

That nexus is just beyond me ~ unless it has some connection to the professional lobbyists like those at The Hill who have their own otherwise inscrutible interests.

Only if your criteria is the amount and quality of the hair on their head.

Perry’s biggest obstacle was overcoming Bush bumpkin syndrome, not that he or Bush either one were bumpkins. The leftist media had successfully created that image, and people were wary of it. They wanted an intelligent candidate to run against the halfwitted “genius” in the White House. Perry’s poor debate performances and gaffs sealed his fate. He didn’t need Newt for that. As for Newt, he may or may not have been a spoiler. It will be interesting to see how his campaign debt is put away.

What makes you think this is the work of a Romney supporter?

Seriesly I’m asking.

It seems like someone trying to damage something, certainly. Who would have anything to gain, by angering Gingrich supporters?

Romney looks on track to win without doing that. The primary’s not over though, who else might have an agenda?
