As the railroading of George Zimmerman makes clear, we are all equal, but black hoodlums are a lot more equal than half-Jewish “white” Hispanics. They may soon become more equal still:
When a 911 caller reported gunfire in the Ferndale community last month, he didn’t imagine that his description of the shooter would renew claims of racial profiling against the North Charleston Police Department.
The resident, who is black, told a dispatcher that the gunman had dreadlocks in his hair, but in an interview Wednesday with The Post and Courier, he said it could have been “twists, braids or dreads.”
A police officer was acting on that sole description when he decided to stop 17-year-old Carlton Pringle, who has braids, as he walked near the scene.
Pringle was shot when he pulled a gun on the police. Another innocent victim has been oppressed by discrimination; no doubt journalists are feverishly digging up cute pictures from when he was 10 years old.
It is one of the issues that Dot Scott, president of the Charleston chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, plans to present to U.S. senators Tuesday when she testifies and lobbies for a bill that would specifically prohibit racial profiling by law enforcement agencies nationwide.
The End Racial Profiling Act would bar “such targeting based on race or ethnic identity,” its sponsor, Sen. Ben Cardin, has said.
Scott hopes that the fully developed law will have more teeth in allowing victims [i.e., hoodlums] to seek [social] justice.

How does an innocent victim pull a gun on police?

mPulling a gun on a cop is enough for you to ‘get dead’ just about anywhere, I would guess.

The only way this case could be more interesting is if Martin had killed the armed-man who was stalking him. Stand your ground, no?
only one problem, many , many of the recipients/ entitled class have made career choices.... and we see the results in their pro-proportionate representation in crime stats.

If Zimmerman has Jewish ancestry he has yet to bring it up.
Zimmerman is usually a German name - not a Jewish name.

Just some “Critical Race Theory” in action. CRT demands that blacks be given preference in criminal law just like they are given in constitutional law.
In fact Derrick Bell, Obamas legal mentor at Harvard, was protesting the denial of tenure at Harvard to Regina Austin in the 1991 demonstration led by Obama. Austin, would write in 1992 about the “positive significance of black lawbreaking.”

Central to Austin’s “Advanced Torts” course is her claim that minority status confers the privilege of interpreting the law as one pleases.
As writer Heather MacDonald points out, Professor Austin, in her published articles, has exhorted the black community to reject the distinction between lawful and unlawful activity as the imposed strictures of an oppressive white society.
Austin pours scorn on such “traditional values” as “conformity to the law,” which she insists will “intensify] divisions within the black community.” Austin has also called on blacks to engage in outright lawbreaking, which she calls “hustling,” but which in fact amounts to any number of acts of thievery licensed by Austin’s demands for social justice. Thus, “clerks in stores [who] cut their friends a break on merchandise, and pilfering employees [who] spread their contraband around the neighborhood,” are encouraged by Austin to occupy the “good middle ground between straightness and more extreme forms of lawbreaking.”
