Americans are sharply divided by race in their opinion of the shooting of an unarmed black teenager in Florida by a Hispanic neighborhood watchman.
A Gallup/USA Today poll finds that most black Americans (73 percent) think Trayvon Martin's shooter, George Zimmerman, would have been arrested if Martin had been white. Only 33 percent of non-Hispanic white people said the same thing.
The racial divide on Zimmerman's guilt was also big: 51 percent of black people said Zimmerman is "definitely guilty" based on the information available, compared to only 10 percent of whites. About 20 percent of both whites and blacks said Zimmerman was "probably guilty."(continued)

Its not a matter of black opinion vs white. Its a matter of black opinion vs everyone else’s.
It cracks me up the way the left likes to tell us the US is becoming increasingly diverse, meaning non-white... until instances like this when they want us to believe America consists of only poor benighted blacks and racist whites.
Family stories passed down from generation to generation has it that my great-great-great grandfather was lynched in 1864 in Arkansas for being a Union sympathizer.
Black people are now slaves to lies.
What I’m shocked over is that ONLY 73% of blacks think Zimmerman should be arrested, and ONLY 51% think he’s probably guilty.
I would have thought both numbers would have been in the 90% range. Someone is slipping.

I’ve noticed that the older this gets, the more the opinion shifts away from “guilty” among blacks. Almost like they’re starting to feel they’ve been had a little on this.
Did the poll include any questions about Skittles?
And don’t leave out O.J.
All evidence pointed to OJ and yet he got off. I’ve heard blacks say they knew he was guilty but it’s cool a brother got away with killing two white people.
Not to mention many of those lynched had actually committed crimes.

Given the false and misleading information in the mainstream media (NBC, ABC, et al.), and the asinine things spouted by folks like Jesse Jackson (told a church Trayvon was shot in the head) it's amazing only 51% of black people have concluded Zimmerman is "definitely guilty" based on the propaganda they specifically have been fed.
I wonder how many blacks would still want Zimmerman sent to prison if they knew Zimmerman acted in self defense? I bet that percentage would be over 50%.
