Until/unless a County or State issues a subpeonea for a copy of the original to the state of Hawaii, this is worthless intellectual masturbation.

Hawaii doesn’t honor subpoenas from other states. That’s why we need a FEDERAL investigation.

And at this point we know that Hawaii altered their 1960-64 birth index to include legally non-valid records. The logical conclusion from looking at their own statements is that they have also altered the BC#’s for at least Stig Waidelich and Virginia Sunahara. They are refusing to allow anybody to see ANYTHING except easily-manipulable computer abstracts. And they had responded at one point that there was no birth record for Virginia Sunahara in their database even though the printed birth index showed a birth record for her - so at least at that point the database had been changed from what they wanted the public to see.

So.... all that considered, even a certified copy of a birth certificate from the HDOH would mean nothing. They’ve already altered too many records for them to have any credibility. What is needed is the microfilms of the BC’s (at least enough to clarify the BC# problems and to allow forensic testing for the age of the microfilm), the paper records (which can also be tested for age and authenticity), and the computer transaction logs and complete vital records history (which would show any tampering with the computer records).

But if the HDOH won’t even allow Duncan Sunahara to inspect the birth certificate for his deceased sister, you can bet your bottom dollar that they will only allow the above records to be inspected and tested forensically when a duly-authorized federal agent pries them from their cold dead hands.

And that, right there, should tell everybody what I’ve been saying for a very long time: this isn’t about Obama at all. It’s about the rule of law, and whether government crooks can do what they bloody well please without any way for the public to hold them accountable.
