I appreciate all the great activists here. Yesterday, I posted a thread explaining that Circle Of Moms has a contest going to name the top 25 Mommy bloggers. When I made the post, Monologues of Dissent, a leftist, very leftist blogger from Wisconsin, who hates the crap out of Scott Walker and complains that family values are dangerous and the Bible shouldn't be allowed near a school, was in the lead. Thanks to you, and people like you on twitter, our conservative ladies have taken the lead. Thank you very much.
However, we have 2 more days to vote. Please, I ask you to go to Circle of Moms and vote for Lonely Conservative to keep her in the lead, and vote for as many conservative women as you would like to stay in or come into the top 25.
Circle of Moms has a couple million users, and a fellow blogger said she noticed that only 140 members describe themselves as liberal, and over 40,000 describe themselves as Republican/Conservative.
Although it looks like the leftists will stay in the top 25, I sure don't want Monologues of Dissent, who gets her news from the Daily Kos, to be number one when it's all done.
Please! It won't take but a minute. Let's beat the leftists!
I'm not being asked to vote for "her"... and is it a site? Or a blogger?
A blog isn't a site. No more than a cardboard box is a house.
Ill ask her if she has a job. But when I do, I suppose she will say yes, and then what will you want?
An explanation as to why she expects recognition for her blogging might be nice.
Some of her reasoning as to why she thinks she's smarter than others might be gratifying.
Who the hell is SHE to tell anything to anyone? Got qualifications?
Setting up a blog isn't much of a qualification. Bums do it.
And then she could make me a sandwich.
Yeah, I'll vote for her again.
Gene? Is that you? Gene, I know it’s you.
just curious if you are my father in law.
Thanks for voting you pain!
Don’t forget to vote with your phone also. Turn off the wifi and use the phone connection. Different IP address. : )
yes! thanks!
Corned beef, Pastrami, Cotto Salami.. whatever she has handy.
Mayo, no mustard. Miracle Whip is fine.
And no damned Rye bread, Lord I hate that.
Tell her to get it right.
Blog about it, woo and yay.
miracle whip sucks
Do you want votes or approval ratings from Food Network?
I’d have to think about that one. I don’t ‘want’ votes, I want to beat the leftist. Food Network would agree with me on the Miracle Yuck spread.
So would Karl Rove and Mitt Romney.
Consider that.
Most bloggers love Miracle Whip, since they don't make any money with
their amateur fake "writing" skills and ate-up poorly expressed opinions.
But I digress...
I commented that Lonely Conservative should include FR on her list of “Likes” because there are a lot of people cheering for her over here.
This was in my inbox...
Hi! Thanks for filling me in on Free Republic. I appreciate it.
Regards,
Karen
Just sharin’ the love.
Voted. BTTT.
you are the king of digression
Cool.
You can vote for multiple Moms. I highly recommend Michelle Malkin & Atlas Shrugs (Pamela Geller.) This won’t affect The Lonely Conservatives lead.
Just sayin'.....
By my count, 20 of the top 25 are conservative and/or libertarian.
I don't get it - what would a non-online-only blogger be?
A paid writer with the chops to get hired somewhere maybe?
Ah. I'd trust a conservative mom blogger before any paid writer for, say, the New York Slimes.
Hey, thanks to everyone, our work has been quite successful thus far. It looks like, barring any unforeseen circumstances, we's gonna be alright!
I spent all day sewing and checking and facebooking and tweeting to get past Hippy Liberal. You can go check her site if you need to puke. If you haven't voted, a nice cushion past those yucky libs would be great!
Top 25 Political Moms Blogger Contest Ends In One Hour!
Thanks! Jen
