Rick Santorum good naturedly said (paraphrasing), on one of the Sunday tv shows today, that Paul Ryan (and Rubio) are young and can make mistakes. :)
Also, it's no secret that Rick Santorum is Mark's favorite candidate.
FYI
I agree. Milt will have to personally cut me a check for my support just like he did for these dopes that are endorsing him.
I will not vote for Mittens Romney in the primary. As for the general, I can be persuaded to support him, but I’m not committed to it.
Not Milt. NEVER.
EVERY advantage is gone with Romney.
The GOP could win on eligibility alone.
... On the economy alone (The DNC will point to what
Romney did to Mass.)
... On RomneyCARE/ObamaCARE alone.
I heard Mark say it too on his national radio program, thank you for sharing this Sun.
I wish I could find the quote, Mark also said something like, People notice, the “insiders” are endorsing Romney.
It’s going to happen, more “enlightenment” soon.
I have seen no reason for any conservative to want to rally around Romney.
ANY Republican in the White House will be better than what we have. If conservatives refuse to vote for the Republican nominee because he is “not conservative” enough, then they will probably not have to worry about voting in 2016.
I’ll support any Republican over Obama.
I’ll also support just about any Republican in a brokered convention over Romney, and hence support any strategy needed to bring that about.
That’s my stance, and I’m sticking with it until November.
Never.
Will not vote the enemy into my own camp.
Santorum 2012
Isn’t the real question how we can get conservative, tea-party, people into the many House and Senate seats that are available, this year, with this a$$ at the top of the ticket?
I could pull the lever in the booth for him, given Zero as the alternative, but I would do ABSOLUTELY nothing else for his campaign. He won’t win, anyway, but he is going to sabotage a lot of good candidates in the House and Senate.
I think that this is his purpose.

I am so easily fooled.

Ship of fools is getting crowded.

Although Herman Cain had the best chance of defeating the Kenyan Candidate, Newt is the smartest one left in the 4 remaining and would get the most done if elected president. Santorum’s voting record in senate scares me.
IMO, anyone that gives aid and comfort to Romney - to include passive support - loses any and all credibility with me.
That he can win the GOP primary is as big, or more so, an outrage to me as than Obama was elected POTUS in 2008.
I expect the general electorate to be stupid. However, when the GOP is....I won’t cut it a break. The party of Ronald Reagan has gone down the toilet.
...it's like weeding out the tares from the wheat.
GO WHEAT!!!....PRESS ON SANTORUM!
After voting for the RINO McCain, who lost and gave us Obama, I promised myself I would never vote for a RINO again. Romney is a RINO and so I can never vote for him..
It's clear that Romney is a pragmatic opportunist, not an ideologue.
He seems to have honed the concept of situational political philosophy to an art form.
I really don't care what he had to say to get elected Gov in the anti GOP political insane asylum that is Massachusetts.
FWIW, Romney Care actually makes sense in a state where the irresponsible politicians and judges have already mandated lavish and unlimited FREE medical care to just about everyone in the state, including illegals. Somebody has to pay for it all.
Perhaps it would be a better idea to pin Romney down to reasonably conservative positions on the current issues and on the kind of Supreme Court justices he would appoint rather than dismiss him put of hand.
No way can Romney be worse than Obama, and if Obama gets elected for a second term our country as we know it is finished for good
