that “the requirement for natural-born citizenship which is found in the U.S. Constitution was intended to prevent foreign influences from influencing an American President.”

Does that matter to our Congress?

Congress, the Democrans, and the Republicans have no cajonies with respect to Obama’s elgibility. This makes them complicit in his actions.

I tried to access the website that conained his Kenyan birth certificate and discovered it is no longer available.
Damm it. You gotta act fast before the obama supporters hide any new information about the S.O.B

I’m not so sure being “cowardly” is a valid excuse. Being complicit and treasonous is possibly better definitions. If they don’t take action, they’re part of it.

I’m coming to believe that it no longer matters what is ever proven. The Congress and the court system will never take action against Obama. They have all become a corrupt cabal or are so cowed that they are useless.

Obama needs to leave America, take all the race-baiting,welfare dependent blacks and gangbangers, drug dealers and other scum and start his own country instead of ruining ours.

Can you blame Congress?

Too many of their members are directly implicated in this national deception — it has become a matter of CYA.

IMO, the ones who weren’t directly complicit in this fraud, were “advised” - ***told/warned/threatened*** - NOT. TO. GO. THERE. FOR. ANY. REASON. WHATSOEVER. EVER.

At the very least, fraud charges need to be brought against the 0bama administration for the dissemination of a phony document under the guise of officiality. I know that’s probably not even a word, but you get the gist.

the rule of law only applies to those for whom the government wants to control.

The US government is obviously so entrenched in corruption that it cannot possibly cleanse itself from within. If this country is to ever be re-established to a Constitutional Republic where by the rule of the law is enforced equally to all, that restoration will have to be of Gods hands or of the peoples.

0bama has become accustomed to ignoring and bypassing congress, yet it continues to prop up the usurper by pretending he is qualified. No wonder congress has absolutely no respect!

It may be that the only way to get any action on this issue is to organize a large, compelling public demonstration to quantify voters' volume and intensity of sentiment. However, it is Democrats who are more likely to engage in those kinds of events.

Congress will not do anything about this unless they feel they must in order to survive, e.g., get re-elected.

The Republicans in Congress are going to depend on “birthers” voting Obama out and them in. They know all about Obama’s fishy documents. It’s a win-win for them. They don’t have to lift a finger.

They stink on ice.

If the country is on the brink of riots because of a shooting in Florida, what do you think would happen if investigations were started or impeachment? They are trying to coast along until November and hoping that the rule of law will prevail in the election. I’m not saying they are right in absolute terms. I’m just saying.

Even if there were no riots, it would be all the excuse some of the middle-of-the-road voters need to decide the Republicans are irredeemably evil and to vote for the rats.

Not good reasons, just what might be happening.
