As the investigation into the investigation of the killing of Trayvon Martin continues, new facts are beginning to surface, and the Fox affiliate in Tampa Bay found an anonymous witness who spoke to them in George Zimmerman‘s defense, saying he saw the man who was mostly the aggressor in the struggle fall on the grass, dead.
Tampa Bay’s Fox 13 reported that the witness, who agreed only to be identified as “John,” saw the struggle and it was his testimony the police used to let Zimmerman go free (John spoke to Fox 13′s Orlando Affiliate, Fox 35). His statements to the cops were instrumental because Sanford police say those screams you hear,” the anchor notes, are Zimmerman’s and not Martin’s. Says John: “When I got upstairs and looked down, the person that was on top beating up the other guy was the one laying in the grass, and I believe he was dead at that point.”
The police report allegedly included notes of Zimmerman’s shirt being wet and grassy on the back, a sign of struggle. What it also includes, though, according to this report, is an initial assessment of the situation as “manslaughter and unnecessarily killing to prevent an unlawful act,” according to the first police officer on the scene.
This story is far from over as the story develops and Zimmerman’s side comes up to light. Given that the witness is anonymous and the only on-the-record supporters of Zimmerman’s are his parents, his neighbor, and his lawyer, however, a reasonable explanation for his behavior appears quite elusive. The station also compiled Zimmerman’s history of 911 calls, the police report from the night of Martin’s death, and a number of other handy documents to understand the situation.

Either that or he thought Zimmerman would nail him with the drugs he bought on his trip to "7/11".
We know that George was hyper-vigilant. He’s made phone calls to the police over very minor things that should not warrant phone calls. We also know that the complex had been broken into, mostly black males. And we also know that George told the operator he wasn’t going to let this particular youth get away. His mindset suggests a reactionary one, where he’d be prone to overreact.
Trayvon, was not a troublemaker by all reported accounts. He appears to be a normal 17 year old. He was in an unfamiliar territory, out to get some Skittles. It doesn’t appear to be that Trayvon doesn’t make it a habit to beat people half to death. It’s not who the kid is.
So, I just have to wonder what would motivate Martin to want to beat Zimmerman half to death? Martin would have to be highly motivated to do that and I don’t think that the fact that he’s black has anything to do with an uncharacteristic act of violence.

Well, if YOU told me there was some guy standing in front of me with a drawn weapon intending to shoot me I’d conclude that you were simply describing your current schizophrenic delusion/hallucination. After all, you have a history of having delusions & making up situations on this thread alone.
I concur. We need more information.
Do you have any evidence that Trayvon was buying drugs, or do you honestly believe that all black youth are inherently criminal-minded and are inherently incapable of leading productive lives?

Nothing about x-rays, body scans, whatever. We don't have anything official on any of that ~ beyond that one report which is pretty thin.
Was there an autopsy? Were drugs found in Trayvon’s body, or on his person?
The incident lasted how long, 10 minutes? (Don’t repeat, I haven’t checked to verify!) And what have we got for evidence? The 911 call recordings, Mr Zimmerman’s statement, one eyewitness, “John”, to a few seconds of the fight on the grass, two or more witnesses who heard the screams for help, Martin’s girlfriend’s statement, and the police report of the scene AFTER the fact. That is all. Background information about the principals is no evidence.
Dude, you’ve been CURED. See, you posted an entry that ONLY had documented FACTS in it. No made up facts or wild conjecture. It wasn’t hard was it? It didn’t give you a head ache or try your soul to do it?

I"m trying to be objective. Zimmerman initiated the chain of events. Martin is dead.
The broken nose thing was Zimmerman’s lawyer I think.

Just speculating as to why he would go 4 miles for Skittles for a non-existent little brother in the rain during halftime of a game that hadn't started yet while returning to a house that was empty. Plus, I'm giving you a reason why he was so intent on scrapping with Zimmerman.

For my pains i've had white racist fanatics jump out of the trees on me. They want something more and demand that deviations from their preferred story line be punished.
That's why I pretty much treat all of my critics on this particular story as being of questionable quality.
I also use "IF", "THEN", and other words to properly couch anything speculative ~ and I ask questions. We have people on these threads, like you, who do not understand those terms.
