On Dennis Millers radio show Thursday Lord Christopher Monckton, a former policy adviser to British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher and an activist against global warming alarmism, went all-in on questioning President Barack Obamas citizenship.
Monckton, the 3rd Viscount Monckton of Brenchley, hinted about his position on the issue in April 2010 at a tea party rally on the National Mall near the White House. But on Millers show, he said the birth certificate issue was far more important that combatting so-called anthropogenic global warming.

Anybody who has worked with Adobe Illustrator and similar programs knows perfectly well that the certificate as offered is bogus.
Monckton for President of the U.S.
(I can dream, can’t I?)
“Miller protested by saying he disagreed with the suggestion that Obama has a fraudulent birth certificate. But Monckton dug in his heels.”
Any questioning of the one’s BC automatically triggers a response like this from anyone in the media, especially ones that are perceived as conservative. I’m surprised Monckton’s comment wasn’t cut in the 5 second delay. Ted Baxter would be proud.
I agree with Monte Kuligowski in today’s American Thinker article. These people in the media will be remembered as cowards when the history is written. That goes for all my favorite conservative radio hosts including the great one.
They have all been told their career will be over if they mention it on the air.
I bet I know the exact day they were all given the word. They all stopped mentioning it at the same time.
One show host I listened to was it talking about the birth certificate every day and then abruptly announced that it would no longer be discussed on the show. Period. Callers kept trying to bring it up and the host would get hysterical and cut them off.
Even Rush, when he talks about the BC, he doesn’t talk about it directly. He might mention that someone else was making an issue of it and they says explicitly that he isn’t talking about the BC, no - he is talking about someone else and their problem with it.
I'm curious as to when you think that was, April 27, 2011?

Dennis Miller is among the last people I’d have thought would have survived his first brief encounter with celebrity.
Oh the ironry;)
BO’s father was a British subject and hated the British influence in Kenya. BO returns Churchill’s bust; has not been a pro-UK POTUS.
It is delusional to believe that BO’s ineligibility as POTUS has not been thoroughly discussed and documented by historians, the judiciary, elected officials, media titans on both the left & the right. Their findings and silence indicates the truth would be too explosive to divulge.
Everyone in the media has been warned to ‘stand down’. There is no other explanation for the lack of Woodward/Bernstein Pulitzer wannabes.
JMHO
Or worse. RIP Andrew Breitbart.
Obama has been on the campaign trail making jokes about his birth certificate. We’ll see who has the last laugh.
I’d like to see all of them start talking about it at once relentlessly. Sheriff Arpaio all over the radio, nonstop. Are they going to go after all of them? How do they get them? Do they go after the advertisers, station owners or the shows themselves?
And the fact Obama’s making jokes about this should infuriate them.
When it comes to honest, legitimacy, intelligence, and just about any other important issue that would be important, it doesn’t take long to figure who would be preferable.
But nooo...there are folks here who will insist that the multiple layering is a natural artifact of a single scan, never mind that the hex edits of those various layers show DIFFERENT time stamps. Nothing to see. Move along.
Explain the different time stamps.
Because I instantly thought the thing was a forgery too, until I saw a guy rather convincingly generate similar layered files from a flat scan with the optimize pdf command I think it was.
Now I don’t know what to think.
Monckton and Arpaio give this issue new life - since they both have credibility on other issues and an interest in other issues - their fascination with the certificate could gain traction.
I have always felt like Monckton does about it - which is - I have absolutely no way to know and no inclination to spend time finding out - but the thing on the internet is bogus.
Exactly. Easily the most egregious fraud foisted on America in political history and all we hear from the media is silence, occasionally a cricket chirping, nothing more.
I remember the Watergate break in during the Nixon years. The media was unrelenting, week after week for months, then years, new revelations ... another layer of the onion stripped away until they had there man. After Nixon resigned the media went into self congratulatory mode, even a movie about Woodward/Bernstein & the Washington Post. If I recall correctly WP editor Ben Bradlee played himself in the movie.
No honest evaluation of the COLB presented will conclude other than it is a “conjured” document. The only possible conclusion is that there is NO Original document. Some say the original exists but something so damaging is on it which would prevent him ever being in office. If that were the case all that would need to have been edited was the offending segment. This is an incredibly hacked document. A very poor forgery.
That's not exactly what happened.
Miller did seek to dissociate himself from Monckton's initial comment with a fuzzy "Not me," by saying that he didn't believe the "Kenyan birth certificate" was real. When Monckton continued saying that he wasn't saying the Obama was born in Kenya but only that the BC put up on the Internet last April was clearly fraudulent. Miller playing the good foil asked, "Why do you say the," and then allowed Monckton to go on about layers and the Arpaio investigation. In the linked recording, at least, Miller NEVER disagreed with the assertion that the Internet BC is fraudulent.
I'M not sure why Monckton says he's not a "birther." I don't know what a "birther" is if it's not someone who suggest that the official Obama birth narrative is suspect.

People though they were voting for hope, change and fuzzy kittens and puppies. What they are increasingly getting is Putin’s old KGB.
No, it wasn’t April 27, 2011. It was probably a year before that.
It was very odd. Even the local conservative talk show host abruptly announced that the topic was off-limits and would plead with callers to stop mentioning it. His reaction was so strong it sounded like his life depended on it. They all stopped at that time.
